The outdoor and indoor pool were nice. Onsite restaurants. The location was close to but directly in all the crowds so wasn’t too loud. Nice views and right on the beach.

The sauna wasn’t operating.

Location is perfect.

Hotel was closed at night, I mean literally the main door was chained :)). You need to find the hidden bell to reach the receptionist. This is a 4 star hotel not student dormitory. They need to find proper way to secure hotel.The car park door was closed, there is a password to enter. Even if you enter by walk, you need to enter from the same car park gate.

The only thing I can say is the pressure in the shower was very low. Otherwise everything was perfect

There is no preference in access to the spa treatment’s for the hotel’s clients, which means most treatments are unavailable unless booked well in advanced and before arrival

A very odd TV on a metal post in the middle of the suite completely messed up the look and feel of the room. We don't have to have a TV at all costs!

We loved everything about this property. We highly recommend the property. The staff was amazing, the location, the restaurant and spa were delightful.

Small rooms.. for a luxury 4 stars hotel we had no space for two suitcases .. we used the toilet room to store itNo wardrobe.. we had two coat hangers .. one brokenBathroom the water whilst having shower will go into the room and wet the carpetsBalcony was small .. chairs cushions a dirty with birds poo .. Pool was very small and the pool chairs were truly close too each otherBreakfast was poor and extremely expensive .. like other people we decide to go to the bakery over the roadNo beds for the beach .. and the beach was narrow and not private

Favelle at the Front desk was amazing every day, she would look after us daily with her great english and represent the Hotel with great brand representation and professionally.

Team at The restaurant could be developed better with emotional connection towards guests. Wifi is not Good enough to work or have Google meetings on the premises.

Great hotel very comfortable bed good location staff were great, getting into the parking lot was difficult and access to the beach having to go through the outside dining area were the only drawbacks

A pity to discover that hospitality had changed to one year ago.Examples are that water in minibar was not autmatically replaced hence was announced to be offered daily and replacement of nuxe products was also not a given. In one of the two rooms none of the products was replaced in 5 days. Nuxe body wash was empty on the 4th day and not replaced. Even make up tampons were not replaced in 5 days … 4 in a box and you use min 2 / day…a replacement of small piece of soap was received after asking the cleaning lady. When asking for information to plan boat trip to the calanaques, we were referred to the brochures at reception. It was finally the night manager who took the time to give more information and give some guidance. That was appreciated.We booked room type big shower / bath and had not specified since we assumed same room type as last year. When we found out it was different ans asked for a change of room on same floor/sea view hence without bath, bigger shower there was no possibility, even not during the 5 days… when paying around 450 eur per room, 2 rooms one would assume there can be some flexibility.Last but not least to mention, compared to last year more families with children. Not sure if this location with limited swimming pool area can meet the expectation of adults vs playing children in the pool.

The connection between the beach and hotel was a little bit interesting because you have to walk through the restaurant to reach the beach.

Excellent hotel . We loved it and did not want to leave . Wished we had booked longer to stay. The staff were exceptional- it should be a 5star hotel ! Breakfast , location, pool , spa, bedrooms were all fantastic. Walking out of hotel and stepping down onto a sandy beach was heaven for us. We were upgraded to a sea view room which h was stunning . We watched fireworks from our balcony on the first night and n our second night there was live music in the terrace restaurant. The bed was so comfy I could have stayed in it all day !!! 5 star experience

Nothing , we could not fault the hotel If I had to picky I would suggest to expand the children’s menu for dinner .

Nice position overlooking the sea. Quiet as at the end of the town.

Could do with easier access to the beach from the pool area as currently you have to go through the restaurant.

Large room, great view, great amenities and friendly staff

Shower and sink pipework smelled after the night (not great, since it's inside the bedroom itself).

Room was clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and facilites were very good.

A shelf/ storage around the sink would have been helpful as nowhere to put toiletries.Coffee machine was not working although repaired promptly.

Amazing hotel with very nice interior and helpful staff. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are super clean. There is a lovely terrace as well. There is a parking for additional cost as well. There are restaurants with lovely atmosphere and amazing cocktails.

The food in the restaurant wasn't great as we expected to be for such quality place. One of the meals was served even with raw chicken which we had to return. However, everything else was perfect.
