Pros +

Very comfortable beds, the room was quite and dark enough to sleep well. Quick and easy registration. Enough parking space. Close to shops like Lidl. Good for one night stop during longer journey.
breakfast was unexpectedly OK
Breakfast was good. Able to park outside room. Close to excellent food hall and ferry terminal in Toulon.

Cons -

The room wasn't clean enough. Very small area downstairs.
the bathroom was not cleanbut I am not sure I did not pay twice? I paid to booking.com but I had to pay again at the arrival of the hotel
On arrival gates closed needed to put pin number into key code next to smelly bins and rats running around

Very poor

left the window open the whole day after cleaning the room (window is directly on the door)

2PatrickPosted on: 2-18-2022

Very but very poor service

The keyboard to dial in the bedroom code is so dirty that everything single key is so sticky that it doesn't bounce back and you can't dial the next number. As a consequence, it takes 10 minutes of trying and trying to get in the bedroom. After 6 hours of driving, it's really annoying. The towels are really scarce, nothing for the feet by the shower; and are not changed everyday. The instruction for accessing the parking lot at night are totally unclear. Nobody really seems to care. No way to get in touch with a human being after 22:00 P.M.

Nothing much. The staff tried very hard to resolve the failed Booking.com booking.

The room was really small. The door to the toilet couldn’t close. Mould in the shower. Poor breakfast.
