Clean and friendly staff.

There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room and we had to contact the reception to open the gate for the parking.

The rooms were nice and cozy and had a decent view. Perfect for getting a decent rest and it's in a nice and safe area.

There are probably better options if you are vacationing. They closed the pool in September.

We loved the fact that the hotel closes the parking area for night (safespace) and staff was friendly. Simple, but nice breakfast.

Room was not cleaned properly (i.e. previous guest keycard still in the room, showercourtain was filthy, showerhandle bar was broken, roof was dirty and some floorlist were riped off). Outside of the room, hallway lamps flickered.

Staff was excellent, and the breakfast was good.

However, the hotel has a strange entrance with the gate where everytime you come to the hotel you have to call the reception for them to open the gate and allow for you to enter

The pool was nice. But maybe update the photos as there are so many weeds around and needs a good garden.

Gosh where to start… first night our AC was broken, told the receptionist who gave us keys to multiple other rooms to move into except for the fact they all had people staying in them, awkwardly one of the doors opened and we walked in on people in bed!!!! The next day we got a new room, but the shower head was broken and the hair dryer didn’t work.. oh and there mould in multiple rooms. location was average there’s literally nothing to do around the hotel. Staff were ok, but not much English spoken so quite difficult. You have to put a €150 deposit down too which seems ridiculous when so much of the hotel seems run down.

The employees are great, the breakfast is delicious and the room is super cozy. I truly recommend this place!

Comfortable room, breakfast OK

. In a very industrial/commercial area with few facilities such as restaurants.A very poor system for controlling access. We waited a long time for the gate to be opened. You have to make a phone call, which was not responded to, only one person on duty.I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Nice staff, comfortable mattress. OK location, not much around, but just a short 15-min drive to Toulon.

Price too high compared to other similar hotels. Small room, outdated furniture, mirror placed inside the wardrobe where there is no light, no mini-fridge in the room. The property is gated, to be able to enter both the hotel and the parking lot you have to make a phonecall so that the reception staff can open the gate for you, which is quite inconvinient, especially for the hotel entrance.

I would have liked the swimming pool be open a little bit early than 8h30 for travellers like me and also in the evening until 21h30 maybe? breakfast was not super, the scrumbled eggs were not nice, teh pancakes were not nice, the fruit salad was not nice. maybe just good present only products thatdo not need much work would be good. and special scrumbled eggs need to be good and tasty in the morning.

Rude staff, very noisy room

Well, the staff was very rude, we got charged twice for the same booking and they didn't even want to check the charge at the reception. Very close to the road, very noisy and the gate was always closed, to enter the court you had to call them every time even though it was during the day with two people at the reception.Luckily the people at booking.com were very nice and they helped us dispute the second charge and we are waiting for the rembursement. Overall not a great experience.

The hotel provided the essentials we needed. Security: all access, including car, is via a reception controlled, electrically operated gate. The hotel and room were very well maintained and kept very clean - even more essential in these covid times. Towels were changed daily. The double bed was king-size and comfortable. The bathroom had a small but most welcome bath. The room had facilities such as air conditioning, tv, kettle, wi-fi. Car parking was convenient and secure. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The location for us was excellent, being close to where we needed to visit. It was also within walking distance ~300m of Grand Frais and a boulangerie.

Nice hotel for a night or two. Staff definitely superior!!!

The restaurant was closed. To open the gate to enter the parking you always had to call the reception desk.
