ibis Toulon La Valette

It was clean and the staff were excellent. Especially the young male receptionist who went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I had with my car.

I had booked for convenience as was going straight from a 13 hour ferry trip from Sardinia. The restaurant ( advertised 24/7) was closed and NO FOOD was available. Not even a sandwich. Went to bed hungry!

friendly staff, very good breakfast, large secured car park, quiet room

air con was too noisy

It was nice. Breakfast as well. The room was clean.

The price comparing to hotel is a little too high.

Third time there, good business hotel conveniently located to my clients.Reasonably friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast selection . Good value for price.

Nothing to complain. Got a room away from the highway.

A perfect overnight stop, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast!

Staff very helpful and friendly, I eat they one evening, it was good. The Breakfast buffet, very good ? Plenty to choose from.

Clean, tidy and very friendly, helpful staff and a bath!

Pool, parking and close to shopping center

Small choice of breakfast.

The breadfast was very complete and delicious The bed was comfortable and the room had a great size The bathdroom was good, and the shower too

It was so hot in the room, the aircondition didn’t work and we needed to open the window. We coundn’t sleep so good.

Good location for ferry terminal is brilliant. Young guy working in restaurant worked like a train getting all the orders out.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room

Very quiet despite roadworks and the motorway nearbySuper comfy bedShower was perfectFunctional roomCleaners were doing a great job

Bath a bit highToilet brush would be useful

We needed a comfortable and practical one night's stay for the next day's journey by ferry to leave at 4:00AM. The hotel room and services met all our need so well. The room had a bathtub which offered a good night sleep. The receptionist and bar staff we saw was the only one lady and she was very professional and friendly. My husband left a mobile at the bar and she found and called our room immediately. We appreciated it so much!

Clean rooms/facilities and friendly staff, nice pool with adjoining bar/restaurant. Close to motorway but not affected by noise.

Big and clean rooms, swimming pool, friendly staff, free parking, good location

Poor breakfast in other ibis hotels breakfast are even better

Good price and friendly personnel.

Size of room, equipment of the room (fridge), better chair to work at the desk. Better description on how to arrive by public transport

It is what ibis is. Good sized room, everything working, parking lot on site for free, good breakfast good bathroom.

The toilet flusher was a bit wierd, it kept leakig water most of the time, but hopefully ibis will fix soon.

Great location , near shopping center and restaurents. Free parking.

Poor breakfast, the crew don't speak english

Location of room was quiet.Parking area was accommodating and safe.Front desk staff very nice.Nice breakfast buffet.

Breakfast price was a little high.Room price a little high.Room carpet was old and had a cigarette burns.Posted do not disturb sign at door on the second day and room was serviced anyway.

Ibis hotels are not as good as they used to be.

Only one bedside cabinet, slippery shower with large step and no hand rail, toilet flush not working properly, bad lighting, very poor clothes storage unit, no suitcase rack, multiblock not working, unnecessarily large bed, poor pillows, no hand towels (shower towels only). No room information. Overall we found the room was very cheaply fitted lacking simple improvements that could have made our stay much more comfortable.
