Best Western Hotel Kaiserhof

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The single room is exceptionally small, with a very uncomfortable, tiny bed and the smallest shower cabin I've ever been in.

Staffs are extremely nice and they speak English for international guests. I even received instant service 1 week after the trip regarding the invoice.

Comfortable and clean hotel with very friendly staff, perfectly located next to the train station and thus ideal for train travelers. A very good value at this price point.

The elevator door kept sticking open on upper floors and need some servicing since that stops the elevator from working. Also, front steps are not very handicap friendly and I.

The Location, very convenient to the Publuc Transport and the cafes/ Restaurants etc..,cleanliness, friendly staffs, Breakfast was wow, no pressure of checking out. Bed was comfortable. The Room was spacious

My Room didn't have a Window whereby I could open for fresh Air.

The staff are friendly, the breakfast adequate and the location is fantastic for public transport.

The size of the rooms. It's just about enough for one person but for a short stay it's adequate.

The hotel is located in a nice quarter of Bonn, excellent connection to the downtown by train, metro or tram lasting few minutes.Staff was extremely helpful, particularly during the strike of local transport companiesThe room was clean and when arriving, heated for cold night, breakfast offered a good choice.

Location to the station. Soundproofing of windows so no traffic or train noise. Good choice of breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

No decaf English tea. Towels were a bit small.

Room had a bad smell which turned out to be sewer has from bathroom floor drain - quickly remedied with a few glasses of water to fill the drain trap.

The location is good it is near a train station (not the main one thouh)

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. I am aware that the check-in time is normally 14:00, but since I had to attend a meeting, I arrived at the hotel around 11:00 to ask if an early check-in was possible. Before I even had the chance to ask, the lady at the reception, who was there on 09/09/2024 at around 11:00, rudely and scoldingly said "zu früh." When I then asked if I could leave my backpack, she sighed loudly, got up from the reception desk, and took my bag with an annoyed attitude. I then politely asked if I could use the restroom before leaving, and she again scoldingly directed me to the restroom. I have stayed in many different places for both business and personal reasons, and this is honestly the first time I have encountered such a rude staff member. If she had kindly explained that early check-in wasn’t possible, I wouldn’t have insisted. After I returned from the restroom, she said she would give me the room, but during this process, she was equally rude to a delivery person who came to the hotel. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she definitely needs serious training in customer relations and how to interact with her colleagues. Learning has no age limit. In the evening for example there was another receptionist she was very nice and welcoming, tje staff during the breakfast was also very kind and helpful.

The rooms are a bit small. The location is noisy so tend not to be able to open the windows, however having air conditioning is good.

The staff, the location and the service were excellent. we stayed in few hotels in Europe during our trip and BW H Kaiserhof was hands down the best.

The room was quite clean and personal was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is OK.

The room is pretty small while the shower cabin is way too small for the 4 star hotel. It was very loud outside - the trains and, more importantly, the cars right below the window (the room was on the 1st floor) did not allow to open the windows being outrageously loud (due to local acoustic peculiarities apparently). The smoke detector went off in the morning (of course nobody was smoking).
