The hotel itself is cute and cozy, with historical vibes. Great location close to the drachenfelsbahn. Cute little breakfast buffet with limited options.

The room cleaning service was not optimal, we asked for the room to be cleaned while we were out however only the bed sheets were straightened, not changed, towels were not changed, and bathroom was not cleaned. The room also lacks a mini fridge or anything where snacks could be stored.

Keys in box on arrival ; good contact info/number ; helpful, French speaking staff & ability to correspond in writing in English; location right near Mt. Drachenfels and by an open Italian restaurant; easy street parking; lovely decor.

No staff on arrival; no in-room dining; breakfast situation (breakfast was included) could have been clearer; no coffee facilities in room.

Hotel is beautifully decorated and comfy. Great bathroom. Great location & value for money.Balcony was great too.Highly recommended.

Location is amazing. A very unique hotel with lots of quirks and cool artwork. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was break but we probably wouldn’t have gotten it if we remembered it wasn’t included. On check in, they just asked us to order our breakfast for the next morning.

Everything was good with the property . Very clean and helpful staff .

The stairs were very steep and no lift so if you are not very good on your feet it’s worth taking note .

Very nice interior, everything was clean and we found parking nearby easily.

The mattresses unfortunately were really soft which made sleeping difficult. Also: be aware that the room doors and walls are fairly thin so you’ll hear other guests coming and going pretty loudly.

Interesting and beautiful interior. The breakfast staff were attentive, friendly and efficient.

Too expensive for the facilities provided, I paid €150 for a room that didn't provide a kettle for tea and coffee. The toiletries promised was just liquid soap. Very poor for the price.

The staff were great and made me feel very welcome, Many had very good English speaking skills which helped communication easier as my German is pretty poor!

Beautifully designed hotel. The Dyson fan was a nice touch (especially since it would be hard to sleep with the windows open due to the noise from the train line.)

Unfortunately the room descriptions were inaccurate and I felt mislead. There was no promised “terrace with mountain views” nor even a “double bed” in the room. Instead it was two single mattresses pushed together which created a big gap in between - and there was no terrace or balcony in the room… just a common space on the roof (which was locked shut). I probably wouldn’t have booked this room if I’d known about the bed, as it was uncomfortable for a couple.

Well kept small hotel with a lot of character, beautiful decor and friendly service. Cafe/restaurant serves an interesting selection of German/French dishes, beer and cidre.

lovely room, such a nice design and atmosphere! very handy is the restaurant in this hotel with the vegan options on the menu. very nice staff. good location for a hike to Drachenburg

that train passing by can be heard all night

Location is great and we could reach the hotel by walking easyly from the central station. People can reach all the attractions in town by walking as well.- Our room was big and clean . Bathroom was clean as well. Room decoration was very good . There were several paintings on the walls.- Hotel offered us free wellcome ice cream. It was very good idea as it was very hot day .

Nice hotel, staff really friendly, fantastic choice for breakfast, comfortable room with decent sized bathroom. Our evening meal was good and a free ice-cream was an added bonus! Location is good - close to station and ferry. Pleasant little town, we would have liked to stay a little longer - would definitely visit again. We took the Rack Railway to the top of the hill and walked back down which was a great way to spend an afternoon.

There was a lot of road noise outside and the view from our room was of the building next door. Lots of stairs to manouvre with heavy luggage.
