Pros +

• Great location Nice grassed area around the hotel to safely walk my dogs Easy screen check in - also had a question and although the reception was not manned I pressed the assistance button and it was answered very quickly.
• Very Insulted by the reception when checking in due to a card mix up via booking .com , told on arrival I must be stupid, that I couldnt read , that I should shut my mouth or they would throw me out without honouring my booking after explaining that I had a booking confirmation and would/ could pay with a card on arrival Will NEVER be using this hotel again Totally unacceptable, to be avoided

Cons -

• The code for access to the room is now on the check in screen rather than being printed on a ticket as before. Sadly the number was only on the screen for a few seconds and had gone by the time I realised I needed to make a note of it. Luckily the assistant on the help line could give it to me. Also it was a little noisy outside my room.
