Hotel Federico II

Spacious and kind, helpful staff

The gym could use an upgrade but otherwise great place.

On arrival parking was easy, hotel staff were great throughout for check-in, Catering and Sauna facilities.The rooms and bathrooms were excellent. The wellness Centre was good with excellent staff (Gain-Luca). Breakfast was very good.

The cost was a little high for a hotel of this type and location. The Restaurant meal menu was limted and expensive for what was available.

Great hotel, well run, will go again !

Lovely setting, good facilities, great food, excellent bar.

Great breakfast, lovely pools indoor and out and comfortable and clean, spacious rooms. The food in the restaurant is excellent.

The ambiance of the hotel was delightful. The staff went out of their way to meet our needs and to ensure our stay was as good as could be! The restaurant food was superb and the waiting staff were exceptional. The grounds were peaceful and the car park safe. Brilliant value for money!

The outside swimming pool was crowded and very noisy on our visit, but this is a minor point! The indoor pool wasn’t.

It was a business trip. There is no a lot expactation. Clean room, quite region, hot water. All of them was good. A silence place and near from my target company.

The breakfast could be better. There were limited options. But it is just up to me. This breakfast can be enough for EU people but for me, for comes from Turkiye, not enough.

The hotel was good, everything fine

The breakfast was almost empty, nothing to eat there. The food was in such a bad condition. I dont understand how a hotel like Federico keeps that breakfast for the clients.

Allocation of bedrooms just as we requested so that we were close to family members. Extensive selection for breakfast and even plenty of choice for toddlers. Sadly not enough time to try out the pool as we were travelling onward the following day, but we would definitely re-visit another time

The gym was very poorly equipped and was tired

The coffee machine was broken and for breakfast we had to order to the waiters, it was time consuming and I get cold tee twice.

the behavior of the staff was not very friendly specially the outdoor pool lifeguard.

The rooms seem newly renovated and were very comfortable.

The general facilities look quite dated. The location is a bit out of tow .

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The bar and restaurant were also fantastic food and ambience with very friendly staff.

My wife was unwell during our stay and staff were helpful and sympathetic especially the house keeping staff, who kept us supplied with cle@n linen and water.

NothingNot the stay we had expected because of illness but as good as it could be.

the external facility and appearance from the parking shows the age of the hotel. probably will be more popular when visit in the correct season.

Pool, staff, food - all lovely and staff v helpful and friendly. I had a lovely stay.

The Beauty Spa was closed unfortunately.

Lovely room with lots of little extras including dressing gown and slippers. Great breakfast with great variety on offer. Looking forward to going back next year.
