Cleanliness , breakfast , comfortable , convenience and price

Short walk from The Paris metro

    10MarquesPosted on: 1-14-2026

Everything was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, and having the RER train just a 5-minute walk from the hotel was a great choice and helped us reach all the places on our itinerary very easily. The room was very clean, well equipped, and extremely comfortable. The staff was kind and attentive at all times, and the breakfast was simply delicious. The hotel is lovely, and we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Paris.A big thank you to the entire team!

“Great location, the staff are extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming.. The room is beautifully decorated and exactly the same as in the photos.”

The heating is central, and the room temperature was low for the winter period. When you enter the room, it feels cold and it takes some time for the room to warm up.There was dust everywhere, and there were stains on the mattress and the duvet. If these two things are fixed, everything will be perfect.

A quiet and very clean room at a reasonable price, in a quiet street near a bus station. Friendly and helpful stuff.

The lighting in the room was annoying and unpleasant. The shower was uncomfortable to use - too difficult to enter and exit it because it was too close to the wall, and the water pressure was too low.

Close to the train station and ok value for Paris. The service desk is 24/7 and I took the cheapest version without breakfast or towels( bring your own), also you have to pay the city tax at the hotel (aprox 50 euros)

The area is quiet, close to a university. The only problem was that the walls where very thin and yiu could hear the neighbours. Also the beds are on rollers and can be easily moved. Minor inconveniences for me. Take care of the road to Carrefour as the streets there are full of creepy people how smoke weed in the middle of the day...

The innkeeper, Amir, very possibly may be the greatest innkeeper in the western world. I saw him help old ladies were nearly falling in a heap with the greatest tenderness. His humor is infectious and his beauty, frankly, dazzles the signers-in at the front desk so profoundly that many of them babble in his presence. He is the epitome of high spirits, human decency, good fun, and is so good at juggling and balancing so many things that he deserves a raise. This place is worthwhile simply and sheerly FOR AMIR ALONE. In fact, I think the man should become a brand avatar. Rather than a mundane "Aparthotel," it should be an "Amirotel."

    Not a thing.

Above all else, location. The guests here are mostly tourists and are quite well behaved. The rooms are perfectly clean and the second one I received was actually quite spacious. But don't expect much. I don't know that I would quite go so far as to say "grimly functional"...let's just say "functional."

Some members of the staff, particularly the women, are quite sweet and friendly. Some are...a little saucy, edging over into bitterness. The 17-euro breakfast is not really worth it. I was just at a similar touristic hotel in Istanbul where it seemed the innkeepers spent hours today figuring out how to finesse the "get them to spend the most and get the least" ratio. The area surrounding Aparthotel is rather grim, some pub/bistro type places, a pizza joint, a laundromat, all of them quite depressing. You will want to get the hell out of there when morning comes. (But again, the hotel is in close proximity to a lt of really nice stuff.)

The size of the suite was very nice, including a decent bathroom. Breakfast was tasty. Parking in the underground garage was very convenient. The staff was very helpful at all times. The train station is just a few minutes walk away, and trains take you to the center within 10 minutes. There are a few nice restaurants close by.

The sofa bed was a bit worn and could already be replaced. Some simple stuff, like a wine bottle opener, where missing in the room, and we needed to fetch it from the reception desk each time we needed it.

this was my second visit to the hotel in 2 weeks, after back to Paris from Switzerland. spent another night, lucky the reception team that greeted me was CAMEL, he is very friendly and helpful.

hotels dont accept temporary luggage storage, so I need to find online luggage storage, which is not comfortable sometimes if you want to go around the city center for a short visit before going to the airport.

    9Andi M.Posted on: 10-26-2025

room is great, spacious for the three of us. there is a good cafe just in front of the hotel, spent many nights there. the staff name CAMEL is very friendly, really helps a lot. we cooked for our breakfast, so dont know if the breakfast is good or not.

wish they could have informed the guest that the key to open the door changed every week, there is a reception staff, a man, forgot the name, just because I cannot open the door with expired key, he was being rude.

First I'd like to say something about the staff they were wonderful phenomenal friendly went above and beyond whatever they could do. I could not say enough wonderful things about each and every one of the staff members and employees there. They could not have done any more than what they did at least for me and I am quite sure they are that way with all of the people that stay there the two main problems were, number one , the interior was old and it doesn't take much to fix up what they have like caulking in the room and a fresh paint job and new mattresses mattresses and pillows were horrible. And there was no Outlet in the bathroom if a man has an electric razor he couldn't use it in the bathroom and for a woman that would have needed any kind of electrical hair things blow dryer whatever it wasn't there. There was no mold anywhere it just needed updating something that really would not take a lot of money and a little bit of time one room at a timeLocation was horrible. a bus stop was out the door that you had to take just to get to a main train station or you can walk three blocks to an RER train RERs all the first trains to shut down in your very limited unlike regular metros there was no Supermarket just too tiny little food places no cafes no restaurants tiny pizza place two bars no breakfast in the area. However because of the friendliness professionalism outstanding work ethics the employees make you want to stay there so it's a hard decision

The staff was outstanding when above and beyond what anyone could have done

Clean room, not too small - not too big. All basic amenities in place

Some tea and coffee bags in the room

    8HunterPosted on: 10-11-2025

Good location outside the city center. 10 minute walk to the metro, where the main line runs through notre dame and the eiffel tower.Room came with basic dishe and glassware, parking garage was quiet and secure

    4SarvinPosted on: 9-30-2025

Unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable, with a lumpy mattress that made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

    5MarijanPosted on: 9-29-2025

    Staff super friendly.

Price very good. However sorry, old rooms, not clean, and horrible beds.

    9NegrutiPosted on: 9-12-2025

The location is quiet and with many nice caffees. It is close to RER station. The overall atmosfere in nice and cosy.

It has no smoking place in the backyard.
