More an apartment than a hotel room.

It was a little hard to find

The bed was big and comfortable. The watchman during the night was very kind when he made a late check-in.

The floor and the bathroom weren't very clean and there was a slight bad smell. Sometimes the sockets didn't work well which is why my phone didn't fully charge or it took longer than usual.

The receptionist (NIGERIAN male) very rude! He must attend a customer service training. He welcome us in the hotel with a very rude attitude.

It was clean, well organized, and the room was spacious and had everything that’s we could need. There is a bus stop in front and stores all around with good prices, very helpful.

The place was kinda far and the neighborhood didn’t look too safe but we never had a problem so was fine.

Great value for money and good facilites. Had everything we needed including a mini fridge and dishes so we could eat in our room. Room was a good size and bed was reasonably comfortable.

Location wasn’t the best and it takes a while to get to the main things in paris but you couldn’t really beat the price so it worked for us.

The reception desk is closed from 11-3:30 so keep that in mind when planning your arrival

Compared to hotel prices in Paris during the same period, the price was less than half that of other hotels. The area is beautiful and has everything you need: restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes. The bus stop is right at the hotel entrance and can get you anywhere you want for just two euros, so it's not far. The room has a fully equipped kitchen, and the hotel is quiet and tidy.It was an excellent stay.

No thing to complain about

The hotel has a very convenient location, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious. I also appreciated having a fan, a fridge, and a microwave in the room.

Nevertheless, there were some disadvantages. The kitchen was very poorly equipped: only few plates, two bowls, and one knife were provided, with no cutting board. For tea, there were only two very small coffee cups (I went and bought a normal big mug at the store just to drink tea!). The floor was sticky and not clean — I had to wash it myself in the evening because it was impossible to walk on. Unfortunately,At 8:30 pm I didn't find anyone at the reception desk, and there was no mop in the room, so I had to use an old T-shirt instead. The room was also quite stuffy, as there was no air conditioning or ventilation. Opening the window brought in street noise, exhaust fumes from cars and scooters, and mosquitoes.Suggestions for improvement: • Replace small cups with proper mugs. • Add kitchen napkins. • Offer mosquito repellent. • Ensure floors are thoroughly cleaned. • Add more hangers in the wardrobe.• Do a thorough cleaningOverall, despite these shortcomings, I can still recommend the hotel.

Only the location

No cleaning without paying extra, rooms are significantly dirtier than in the picture. One toilet paper and one small shower gel bottle for 4 nights.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Everything was well-maintained, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Spaciousness and comfort of the room. Big window!

Garage was dark and scary. Stairwell were scary, too. We did find light switches. It would have been nice to have more signage. And lights.

very helpful staff, no problem at all.clean room, kitchen ok, elevator, nearby groceries, plenty of bike tracks, secure parking - got access card for gate (very useful). All my POIs at 10 km range (Eifel, Concorde, Notre Dame, Montparnasse tower...)

No air conditioning, no Ice, noice if window open, small elevator and small towel that they don’t change during your stay.Beware of extra fees.

I liked the bathroom and the cleanness

there’s just one lift and there are many rooms, the corridors are dark and the rooms look smaller than what they do in the pictures, also that it was sometimes confusing to get to the center of paris having at least 3 different transfers between transportations

The linings didn’t seem fresh, and the lacking of extra pillows and towels

Charging money for every single item .No Ac in the rooms if u want to open windows there is no net for Mosquitoes . Pillows were sooo hard like Rock . I wish i have paid little more and got the better hotel . Location was ok close to restaurants snd right infront of a bus stop . But if you are a women alone you cant walk back home in night .

It’s one of the best rooms that I ever stayed!!!Very big room , very clean , with an amazing bed and very nice bathroom. Very warm ando you can cook if you want!!!

Everything was very good.The only that I can say is that didn’t change the towels at all. We stayed five days!!!
