Beautiful facility, very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely plan to return.

The property was charming and peaceful and conveniently located near other towns.Beautiful green space behind the spa.We enjoyed the sauna and pool.. which very relaxing after our first travel day. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.Our dinner was delicious and Omar was very friendly.Wonderful buffet for breakfast that was included with our stay.

There is an eclectic mix of styles at the Schlosshotel which includes a Turkish inspired spa/Hamman area.The restaurant area is good & the staff were helpful.

Value for money wise the hotel was relatively expensive. The public areas and bedrooms feel rather dated and in need of an overhaul

It looked nice outside; convenient to the airport.

Room smelled like smoke with a very ugly forest green carpet. Bathroom smelled like bad plumbing. Spa and common areas were underwhelming. Renovations needed in order to earn the price.

Lovely restored Manor, very relaxing, quiet , nice spa. Soft towels. Good breakfast.

The history of the [so called] castle was interesting. Breakfast was nice and the staff there were very kind. I'd change the pop music.

The room was very dark [castle], the staff was initially helpful and showed us other rooms, but there was a smell in one Supreme room bathroom, so we opted for the upstairs darker room. We didn't like the street noise or the grass trimmer noises [they should use electric]... a castle should be quieter and further in the woods. Who knew, so we only stayed one night. There were no walking trails nearby, so there was little to see except directly on the property grounds. It was too expensive for these accommodations. There were no staff members in the bar, and the receptionist gave me a plate to borrow; it was a Thursday, and there were very few people there. Also, you had to pay extra for any spa use.

The Spa was awesome, the staff was very friendly, the rooms have a beautiful style and the restaurant is great.

The room rates and food were a bit high. The Spa, however, was very fairly priced.

Location was beautiful. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was nicely appointed. Breakfast was wonderful with everything you could possibly want.

The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. Woke up with a stiff, sore back.

Great location and beautiful building. Friendly staff. Good size of the room and beautiful view on the garden. We were the only guests and breakfast was still served fully; we felt like the king and queen!

Everything; it’s a wonderful place ,the location ,absolutely stunning .The room was extremely clean,beautiful comfortable,without noise.It’s exactly like the pictures that we saw here ;no lies. Covid protection and the right policy against it.Employees are extremely polite , gentle and helpful.The restaurant has an amazing atmosphere,delicious menu; competent chef(I recommend the Argentinian steak)and the waiters were really sweet and polite answering in English ; I am a Brazilian and my fiancé German.Congratulations to all! I am sure about to come back again in spring and we are thinking about getting married there?

Nothing to complain.

The Spa area is beautiful. It is well decorated, in a way that create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The room was very comfortable with a romantic and classic decoration. The restaurant has a high quality standard. The hotel and the restaurant buildings also allow a very romantic atmosphere.

We arrived 50 minutes before 3pm and it was not possible to get the room even a minute earlier. The person in the check in area did not even ask if the room was really to be used. She only had for us a definitive 'No' for answer. She also not offered any possibility where to spend the waiting time. This is highly important since the Hotel is located in an industrial area, where there is not even a coffee close the hotel, a road for a walk, or a town that can be visit while you are waiting; there is nothing. The check-in was everything but welcoming, it gave us the feeling that we were wrong there. At 3:00pm, the person in the reception gave us the keys without any explanation on the amenities, where the Spa was or the schedule of the restaurant. Given that there was not personal working in the Spa area, this would be very helpful. She limited to give us the Keys and the room location. Moreover, I had asked in at least two emails for a bottle of wine to be waiting for us in the room. There was not wine waiting and not a register of my request, which was annoying given that they even sent me by email the wine menu from which I selected one. Based only on the start of the experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Additionally, the rooms are not well isolated. The noises in the floor can be clearly hear and make difficult to sleep. Moreover, one of the two windows had the hinges broken, which makes it virtually impossible to close it once you opened.

A beautiful and classic style hotel with modern facilities and excellent restaurants! Very welcoming staff and easy to reach location.Would give 5***** Spa and well maintained park is a fantastic addition!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very accommodating. We had a very good dinner and excellent service.

We could hear the motorway and passing trains in the night.

Everything was very good. Just a small comment below which may lead to irmpovement.

The pillows can be better., considering the price and the 4 starts.
