Location was perfect for us, arriving late from Civitavecchia by ferry with motorcycle. Secured parking was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Neighbourhood is not most friendly. It's on great place if you come by car but not best for arrivals with public transport.

They lie that it is a double bed! Two mattresses joined on one bed. Disaster.. The bathroom is outside the room. You have to go out into the corridor, where others can see you taking a shower.

Staff is really nice, ok breakfast and rooms are good too! we had a balcony that we didn’t use but you have a lot of great light. bathrooms are ok too!

It says you have parking but you have to pay €6 per night. staff doesn’t speak Spanish nor English so it was a little bit complicated to communicate.

Reception open until late (no necessity to provide arrival time), own balcony, nice breakfast, quite close to Main Train Station.

No kitchen equipement available, the neighbourhood does not seem to be very safe (applicable only to people arriving on foot).

These were lovely people, understanding of the way travel works. The breakfast was great and very good value. Worked well for an overnight after landing at Palermo Airport. The bathroom worked well and the rooms were very clean.

It could have had a bigger roadside sign/arrow, although it was nightime so we may have missed it. Not a dislike but it was a surprise not to be en suite.

The hotel is a bit far away from the center and there is no transport, but the personel will try to help in any possible way if you ask.

Shared bathrooms between 2 rooms, but we had 2 rooms and didn’t have the possibility to share the bathroom only between our rooms. Some common sense is needed to allocate rooms in this place. And when you have to share a bathroom with someone who was rude enough to smoke in it, it just doesn’t get much worse than that.
