Wiking Hotel

The hotel is super clean. Spotless! Also very quiet despite the main road location. Shopping centre opposite was useful.

Breakfast was limited and uninspiring.

Close to centrum, if they did close before I arrived i could pick up my room key from a code locked box outside

Breakfast could have been better, bread was to dry. Everything else was great.

Clean room, parking space, very hot watter in the bathroom

Missing basic vegetables in breakfast

I really liked this hotel. Everything was super clean. All necessary things was provided. Personal was very polite. Breakfast vas good, but simple and costed 10EUR

One thing I don't like is that there's no toilet on the ground floor. You can't go to the toilet until check in.

Nice room with double beds, TV and desk. Bathroom was good and very clean. It was really quiet during my stay. My room was in the front of the building, but there was hardly any noise from the traffic.Breakfast was good enoug. Parking facilities around the hotel are free. This hotel suprised me, it was much better then I expected.

the bed, it was dirty ,and the room it was smiling bad ,we checked out the next day .

the bed ,the room.the hotel .

Accessibility and kindness of the staff, we arrived after reception hours and the instructions for getting the room key were clear

No complimentary water , other than that all was good

Good quality room. Clean and well managed good breakfast and helpful staff!

Good breakfast and comfy beds

Somewhat old fashioned rooms. Needs maintenance

convenient location, long opening hours reception desk, free parking.

rooms on the street side cannot leave window open due to road noise, no AC in the room, pretty average breakfast quality (below german std).

bed was comfotable

breakfast, we came 20 minutes before the breakfast time ends, there was no egg left and they didn’t refill even we asked them.the hotel bathroom facilities was old

I liked the close proximity of the property to the train station.

The carpet flooring was really outdated and had seen better days and the walls were very thin. We kept hearing our neighbouring couple shout at each other for at least an hour and because our room was right next to the staircase we kept hearing everyone who walked up- and downstairs.

Convenient for our trip through Hamburg the next morning on our return to the Hook of Holland. No restaurant but a good breakfast served to see us on our way. Friendly staff, parking to the rear and easy access from the A7.

My reservation was ready upon arrival for check-in and no trouble at all. The rooms were clean and tidy albeight a bit dated I loved the shower pressure and especially bathroom cleanliness.

Pleasant

The keys was not funktion, we can not open a room door. We try to call to administrator and any phone was answering?‍♂️ So after some time I took other keys from the safe and tryed to open our door and I sucseed? I do not what would be if I dont?‍♂️?‍♂️ Crazy?‍♂️

The elevator was out of order and my room was on 5th floor!

The pillows were not comfortable.

Bad

The staff and no Brackfast

The property may check the electric locker of every room to make sure it works well every time.
