The location is close to shops, restaurant, and S-Bahn station. Parking is convenient.

The place is pretty old, and smells that way and we had to open the room door with a key.

Modern, clean, good breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the location is very good, it may seem far away but it is actually a 5 min walk till the S-Bahn station and if you take S25, in 40min you are in the center of Berlin, very convenient. The Beds very confortable, they gave us 3 beds and a baby crib, the room was very spacious.Also the price is very good.

It could use a renovation and some refurbishing... the furniture and carpeting are very old and they look very used, the walls could also use some painting.

Carpets were filthy.No one on check in on arrival.Busy road outside.Cleaner knocked and demanded to know what time we were checking out. Breakfast was completely overcharged for what it was. Room had no thermostat and was hot all night.

Location very good, close to bus and rail links to Berlin. And a small amount of shops and cafes nearby. Bed's and pillows very comfortable.

Only saw one person at reception. Restaurant closed. No coffee in room or restaurant, water had to pay for and expensive.

Everything was dirty, bathroom, floors, lots of dust, and after cleaning it was not cleaned properly at all. We got a children's bed full of food scraps. We are definitely not going back there again.

The room was big and with an excellent view.

The room smells like cigarettes, it's the only thing that I hate about the room, the smell.

The location was good for us and the room size was good. The shower was great too.

Our room smelled strongly of smoke when we arrived so we needed to keep the window open to clear it. We were hurried out of our room an hour before checkout by the cleaning team. I assumed we had misunderstood the check out time. However when we enquired at reception they said we still had an hour which was a bit annoying.

Location was ideal for us as were running a Parkrun at Havelkanal-shop close by staff were fine and room comfortable

It was mostly clean, as in the bed and bathroom were acceptable. it had an elevator and was in a good location central to hennigsdorf and close to transit to get to berlin.

It constantly smelt of smoke and the actual hotel could do with a renovation, it is very old. I think it was a bit expensive for what it offered, especially considering it was about 50 minutes away from berlin with public transit.

Nothing at all.

On the website and our booking, it said there would be a mini bar and a fan. Knowing it’s going to be 32 degrees Celsius, this was very nice to know. There was no fan and the mini bar was broken so we couldn’t keep anything cool. Best part is that when we went to tell the reception, they shrugged their shoulders and didn’t care at all. Never offered to help us or anything. They were incredibly rude. Next to that, the parking was full, which can happen. But another guy at the reception told us it’s free parking everywhere around the hotel on Saturdays and Sundays. So we parked our car there nearby. Next day we asked the rude receptionist and she almost laughed at us like we were supposed to know that it wasn’t free. So we got falsely informed. We want a compensation for this but they’re not willing to give in. Horrible horrible hotel. We had the worst experience. Couldn’t sleep for two days because it was so hot and the receptionist blonde woman working there was so rude for two days straight that we never ever recommend anyone to go there.

Acces to metro station is only 5min by walk.Very close to supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

A bit expensive for this hotel.Dark and old and torn carpet in corridors. Oldstyle key for rooms. 30 mins take to reach to city center.

Well located , modern , clean hotel

It was better than expected. The staff was very friendly. We came pretty late in the evning and even if there is no parking place at the hotell we find it nearby very quickly. We got everything we needed at the hotell, clean room and very comfortable beds. For this price we paid, we got more than we thought. The breakfast was great with friendly staff who came with lactosefree milk.
