Hotel am Vitalpark

Amazing pools!! We really enjoyed the facilities. We especially loved that everything was very clean, not just the rooms but the lobby, restaurants, and pools. The breakfast was excellent although the buffet could have been expanded (it was in a tight corner). The rooms were spotless, very clean, and the employees were extremely friendly. We would love to return!

We were disappointed that parking wasn't free when they literally had a field of open spaces with a parking lot which wasn't even half full. It just felt like an unnecessary surcharge for nothing. We also felt that the dinner buffet was good but overpriced, and we were disappointed that more employees weren't able to communicate in English. However, it was very easy to find excellent cuisine in town for less than half the price. But we still would be happy to return.

The room needs blackout shades - the current curtains let too much light through. There was no room service menu although advertised.

The stay was very cozy and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The Spa facilities were also very nice and the cleanliness in general was excellent. The staff was very friendly and they gave extra towels for the sauna. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and I could even find vegan options. There is also a small gym with very modern equipment. I find amazing that they have a sports pool and a leisure pool. We were very contempt with our stay.

One of the towels had dirt on the extreme end. The room that we booked (superior room) only had one chair, which made a bit uncomfortable to sit at the table. The dinner menu doesn't have any vegan options.

Good, clean, modern hotel with lots of facilities. Perfect place for an over night stop or longer if you’re driving through Europe like we were, Big car park. Big Beds. Good breakfast. Spacious rooms. Pleasant staff.

Far too hot in the room even with aircon. Seemed to be centrally controlled

The room was very comfortable and clean, we only stayed one night tho. The Therme and the pools had a wonderful architecture and cleanliness. My personal favourites were the steam bad rooms. I definitely recommend this hotel to have a very relaxing stay.

There were no vegan options for dinner at the hotels restaurant.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel offers a good breakfast with a variety of food to choose from. The pool and sauna area is included in the booking, and provides for a very relaxing break. There is an EV charger available at the hotel parking.

A little dated in rooms, lack of facilities in the hotel at the time of our booking but we were pre warned. Fine for 1 night overlay but would want more character if staying longer. Air conditioning not great more like a fan but better then nothing at all.

No Air-conditioning, even though its advertised as Air-conditioning. The rooms are only "climate controlled"

Only negative was the restaurant.I was told a dish was vegetarian but in contained meat this is really bad and I definitely would not be returning.

We liked the hotel, it was clean and cozy. We had a coffee maker in the room which we enjoy it.Spa area was really nice and the breakfast was good.

The furniture in the rooms was a little to old, but the bed was fine, the coffee from the breakfast was awful, couldn't drink it, but it was good coffee in the room .We didn't like the fact the sauna area it s just fully naked, we were disappointed that we cannot use it with the towels on, at least.

Unfriendly staff at check-in. Arrived at 5pm and were told no more tables available in the Restaurant. If we wanted to eat we should take the bus to town. All tables in the restaurant are taken by half-board guests. Why not reserve a few tables for other guests? This place is huge and has little atmosphere. Sauna area is outdated and tired. Schoolclasses use the pool (noisy). Located too close to the highway. You keep on hearing cars at night.

the single blankets on a double bed I hate them. I am tall and during night will have a struggle staying covered

Dinner in the Theodor Storm Restaurant was an absolute rip off. 28€ for a buffet straight from the can

Lovely staff, we had a very nice dinner which was delivered to our room. Breakfast was delicious. There was even a water bowl for our dog which was very helpful. There are lovely walks around the hotel.

The hotel was too expensive if you don't use the swimming facilities and the rooms are a little dated. In my room the drains in the shower didn't smell very nice :-(
