Günzburg City

The place was very clean and modern. We went to legoland which is nearby. The breakfast is nice. Staff is very friendly. We really loved this Hotel. Parking is a little far due to construction in that street but we dont mind walking. It was really not a problem.

Nothing major - construction in the street woke us up early, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself

We were more than satisfied with our stay at this hotel. It is quiet, beautifully maintained, and located in an excellent spot. A special compliment goes to the receptionist, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent and very diverse, offering something for everyone. Highly recommended!

Nothing I had an excellent stay

Room was spacious and as described on the website. Breakfast was varied enough and offered some good quality products for all tastes. There was nothing I missed. One has to keep in mind this is a 3 star hotel. Staff was very friendly and tended to our requests immediately.

The hotel advertises free parking. Unfortunately, the places in front of the hotel were not usable due to road construction just in front of the hotel. The free parking of the supermarket across the street was used. Not extremely convenient and this is not by definition free parking belonging to the hotel. Another thing that is not so nice is the automate check-in. It worked perfectly and fast, but there was no one in person to assist us with questions regarding the parking and other items.

No elevator and no parking by the building, which we were counting on.

Very good location, 5 minutes walk to the old town. The room only had a view of the roof of the next building, but it didn't bother us. Comfortable and clean rooms, quiet and good to sleep in. Roofed outdoor terrace for smokers. Play area for children. Delicious breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff at the reception. We were very satisfied and would recommend it to others.

The room was nice and clean. They provide a fan which helped cool the room very fast.

The showers are pretty small

We loved that the property was only about an 8 minute drive to/from Legoland and that breakfast was included. The family room we booked was actually larger than we anticipated, making it more than comfortable for our family of four. It was an extra bonus having a step stool in the bathroom for our smallest child. Kiosk check-in was very easy. The staff were very friendly during breakfast and checked-out.

There was construction in front of the hotel which blocked most of the street parking. The parking lots across the street had plenty of parking, we were just worried about if we had to pay. We couldn’t find a parking meter anywhere so we assumed parking was free. Grateful we didn’t get a ticket or towed.

Impossible to check-in. Automatic machine was not working, number for asking for help was not responding, neither the different telephone number listed on their website. We stayed almost one hour outside, with luggage and small kids Also, the curtains are very light, without any blackout, so the room stays bright until very late which made it difficult for the kids to fall asleep

I get trouble with self check in as "-" i can not input on the machine.Door is a bit thin, as people walking by, or talk in corridor, you hear all.

I wanted to take 2 pieces of bread from the buffet to go and the lady said i will have to pay them. Come check out she wanted to charge 15 euro for 2 sandwiches. I told them they were simple pieces of bread and they let it go.

The check in machine didn't work for me, I received an email with instructions in German and I think that translation didn't work fine. Also I don't like bunk beds.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to. Also the automatic air exchange in the room was great. I always appreciate when I can make the room completely dark. There were some gluten-free options at the breakfast.

Some noice from the hallway.

A great hotel within walking distance of the Historic Town and Railway Station. Being close to Legoland it is popular with families and in the communal area there is a selection of games and puzzles to amuse the children. The lady on Reception just wonderful, extremely helpful. Very child friendly and a great place to stay with good size rooms, a great selection at breakfast, and little extras thought of.
