Great location.

Getting the entry code was very challenging. There is no one at the location. The note on the door said they would send an entry code by email. We waited for the email as it got colder and darker (7pm), asking it to local restaurants for information and even knocking on the hotel front door for someone to let us in. We finally realized the code was in the website link they sent after we registered. There are no instructions on how to use the code to open or close the doors. The hotel people did not reply to any of the messages we sent, and there was no answer at the phone number posted and provided.The room was fine , though there was only one chair to sit on in a room, supposedly for four people. It was difficult to keep water from going onto the floor when you shower. We used most of our towels to mop it up. We needed to stay an extra night , and thankfully, the housekeeper helped us confirm the booking, or we were afraid of getting locked out of the building and our room if we left before the new check-in time. She was very nice and gave us an electric pot to use, but it didn’t work.We ran into another woman staying there that had the same issues with the code and had to get Help from the local restaurant. It clearly need to provide better information!!

Bad

Absolutely terrible. I had a paid room here for my family from 26.4. to 27.4. I arrived on 26.4. in the evening for accommodation. There was no one there, it was impossible to get to the hotel, no one answered the phone. So I was forced to drive back home at night over 500km. Of course, they haven't refunded my money yet. The worst behavior and the worst hotel I've ever experienced.

The property is good it was in a the center of everything from restaurant to cafe and bar.

Mixture of Bad experiences

We ordered a baby bet in our reservation but it was not there. Only 1 heater was working in the room and it happened freezing cold at night. Worst thing is : since the hotel managed remotely and online check-in, noone was there to ask anything. Beds were very uncomfortable. There is no place for car parking. We parked in front of hotel (5 meters left) and we had a 55 Euros warning fee in the morning. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED

Problem with the website needed to opening the door. Last year I was 2 nights in the hotel: the same problem. One spare key card was left on the restaurant in the ground floor- but I didn’t was informed.On the phone an answering machine was speaking only in German; difficult to understand how to be transferred to speak to a person.Finally no air conditioning: it was like 30degree Celsius in the room.

Location only!

Access only via smartphone (all doors), no ventilation in room/shitty smell, by opening window - smell from under Restaurant, loud personal from Restaurant in middle of the night, old Forniture, unclean bathroom (!), small room, uncomfort bed, location of electrical switches! I cant bealive this place has good average note on internet! NOT WORTH MY MONEY AT ALL!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Central location

Access was almost impossible & took over an hour.There was no bike storage despite this being specifically requested.All queries were made in English but answered in German.

Service was awful. We didn’t get the email with key for opening the door and call to the support. The person who answered seemed to know just a few English phrases and DIDNT EXPLAIN how to enter into the hotel!!! Finally she abruptly the conversation and didn’t picked the phone up anymore!!!!!!

It was cheap, efficient and really comfortable, and great value for money.

Well ,when we arrived ,we are schocked that theres no information only a small door that needs to be online in your app,so difficult at first called the contact number online ,she is friendly and assisted me but to those who dont have internet or not so good online i find it not so good?

Cheap and functional place in a charming town. Had a family room just for one night. Old style, but clean and easy with digital check in.

The location

There is no hotel staff and no hotel reception. To enter to the hotel and to the rooms we need to register to one of the app but there is no explanation how to do it. After we need to use the phone to open the door. This is an good guest experience

Disappointing

We were not aware that this is not an actual hotel. There is no reception. The application to open the door to the house and our room did not work. It took more than an hour upon our arrival to get inside the hotel and to our room, because their wi-fi was not working.You re not allowed to bring any food to your room, but there is no bar or common area to eat. It is all fair if you know this upfront. We were just disappointed because this is not a hotel. There is no service.

In the middle of the main square, nice setting, clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great for one night after legoland.

Nothing negative to say about our stay. It was a bit underwhelming all in all, by no means a fancy place but clean, surprisingly good bedding, no real hotel facilities, just an ice cream parlor Downstairs for drinks and ice cream, it is more a Pension than a hotel I would say.

Very nice! I recommend ?that place! Lovely neighborhood-old town-many spots to get some good meal. Close to Legoland-10min by car!

Breakfast could be earlier ex. from 7 a.m. , especially when you are travelling from far.
