Clean, convenient, includes parking and near Lego Land

The location near Legoland is good

it is inside a refugee facility so beware of that fact but for us it was ok. No air conditioner in summer is a real minus as the room gets quite warm and with the windows open you get a lot of moscitos.

The room was clean, spacious and modern. It was great place to stay when visiting Legoland for 2 days in a row because it is really close to Legoland.

The area seemed strange, because of the surroundings, but the owner of the hotel assured us that it is safe. And in the end, it was.

The room was fairly big, quite clean.

The extended sofa is not very comfortable to sleep on. It's located at the outskirts of the Gunzburg, might be a problem especially if you don't have a car.

It is clean and very convenient to access to LEGO Land Gunzburg by car about 10 minutes from this hotel.

No air-conditioning Around this hotel there is nothing. If you want to buy food, you have to go to city central.

Be careful! Bad location, not secure!Upon our arrival at the hote booked at about 19.40, scheduled for 20.00 time, we found the property closed. They open the hotel when they see our car after a phone call.The conditions of the area surrounding the hotel proved to be dangerous and disreputable, with the presence of intoxicated and drugged immigrants loitering right in front of the entrance. One of them, in particular, was suspiciously wandering around our car, loaded with suitcases and valuables items.The structure itself was located in a degraded context and near detention centers for immigrants, creating an atmosphere of strong fear for our safety and the security of our lifeIn light of these circumstances, we immediately requested a refund of the stay from the hotel booked 15 minutes before, which was denied by the receptionist in place.The hotel's listing on Booking.com did not mention the closure of the property during the arrival time or the dangerousness of the area, elements that would have influenced our decision to stay in the hotel for a night.Furthermore, the parking indicated as private was not actually well closed from this dangerous people and did not guarantee the safety of our vehicle.I request a refund in front of the receptionist but she denied our request...We feel cheated and not protected by both the hotel and Booking.com, which rejected our refund request. It was not our fault not to want to stay but it was a matter of safety.

If I want to provide honest answer, this choice was our last minute and only because it is close to Legoland. But I would not stay with child again. The environment around is not pleasant, some hostel facility next door for workers, gas station next to and industrial area...I believe it is suitable for travelers for quick stay, but it is not definitely family style place. There is nothing around to buy food, you have to drive to the city.

Cleanness, I ask to wipe the dust, but no-one came. Also, the shower had leaking glass, so water was everywhere after even quick and careful shower.

The room is cold, basically there is no reception and it is very isolated

We enjoyed a lot the large yard- a great place for kids to play after a full day spent at Legoland :).

The extra bed was a thin mattress on the floor.

Clean and comfortable

Inconvenient location - a long walk to main town Centre. No eateries or supermarkets anywhere close by. No taxi rinks or bus routes.

Great location. We stayed 1 night to go to Legoland.We arrived after 10pm due to traffic and the staff was friendly to leave our key in a safe!

Not easy to find in the dark.

The location was perfect for our trip to Legoland which was about a 5mins drive. We arrived around 20:40 and the reception lady waited for us. Which we really appreciated. The room was very clean and modern. The listing did not mention a mini fridge was provided in the room, which was a welcomed surprise. I also loved that bedroom slippers were provided as the floor was wood laminate which tends to be cold as opposed to the regular dirty carpet floors you find at most hotels. There was a large yard with ample space for kids to run around with soccer balls and goals as well as hula hoops which all the kids seemed to enjoy. My kids especially enjoyed the board games provided in the hotel lobby. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return on our next visit to Legoland. Highly recommend

Our only dislike was the sofabed the kids slept on. It was a bit too hard and on our 2nd night my daughter complained that her back hurts and slept in the queen bed which was super soft and comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.The location is a bit inconvenient because of ongoing road works, but once you figure it out it’s ok - less than 15 min to Legoland by car

The staff is amazing, hospitable and very very helpful. The room was very neat and clean. There is no kitchen service at the hotel however lieferando works ;)

There is no public transport at the location, 25 minutes of walk to downtown. However, getting a cab is really fast, the staff hooked us up with a taxi service who would show up on as low as 20 minutes notice.
