Hotel Goldene Traube

Close to restaurants and fantastic for LegoLand access. Was comfortable and quiet for a much needed rest.

The room had a really bed smell, and you could hear noises from all over the other roomsAlso very tight stairs and corridors, without elevator, making it really difficult to move around with luggage

No staff. Pretty old and facilities were not well maintained / repaired

Left immediately. Room unclean. Disgusting.

The room hadn’t been cleaned. Bed still had previous occupants sheets, shower and toilet dirty. It was disgusting. We left immediately after taking some photos to prove the state it was in at check-in, then found somewhere else to stay. Have complained to the hotel and Booking.com and requested a refund. Received a sarcastic ‘ very nice’ with a smiley face from Manuel and saying I am not the first to complain. Hope I enjoyed my stay. No reference to the refund.

Clean rooms, sufficient space for family stay. Accessible to restaurants less than 50 steps walk.

Maybe it takes some trips to understand the path from your room and the exit door.

Located right in the city center, very nice view, large enough room. All amenities needed, comfortable bed

No place to buy a bottle of water or coffee in the hotel. The bunk beds for the kids a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom a bit small

The bed was not very comfortable, the mattress has been laid through. The window in the bathroom was broken and therefore there was a gap. The tv didn’t work, there was no picture, just sound. I told this to the cleaning staff and she said „ok, but are you checking out now?“. I‘m not sure, that she cared, but she was friendly.

The room was really good for 2 kids and 2 adults.Very clean, perfect location in the city centre, just 10-12 min from the train station.You have a rewe big market, just 5 min away.Good restaurants nearby. Try the asian- vietnamese one. It was very good.There is nothing to complain about it. Everything was great. Perfect stop for Legoland.

Great location with views of the Main Street. Very large room. They let us store our luggage.

Despite being smoke free, the room smelt so strongly that we had to keep the windows open on a cold night. The curtains are stained and the floor was dusty. The sheets were stained too and smelt of smoke. There is no in person reception to ask for help you have to try to call/text.

The location was ideal for the purpose of our trip. Easy and hassle free check in, yummy gummy bears were waiting for us to enjoy. It's a great location.

The bed was less than comfortable for me personally, but I'm only speaking for myself. I also wish that parking had been a little clearer to understand my travel companion did have some trouble.

Good value for money, easy check in, nice to stay for a couple of nights.

There probably was a guest before me that smoke in the room leaving a lingering smell in the room. But that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The location - nearby main attraction

Not properly serviced before I check in. Dustbin is not empty.

Price - very cheap especially for Germany.Location - nice and in the center of Günzburg. Legoland is just 10-15 minutes away.Instructions - upon booking we recieved detailed instructions in both german and english. They told us where is it possible to park and if it’s paid, hourly or free space.

Room - the room was filled with weird faul smell. Nothing too bad but still not pleasant. Especially if you come in winter and don’t want to open the windows.Bathroom - drain in the shower was clogged and water wasn’t going away fast enough. We had to use one of the towels to stop it from “flooding” the bathroom.

The room was ok for 2 nights, it was clean, we hoped for a better view. Location is great, in the center, near restaurants, bars and bakery.

Small room, no reception stuff, and trash cans to small. A little fridge in the room would be great.

The hotel is located at the centre of the city. 10minutes to railway station by foot. The room was clean, warm, tea set was included, comfortwblw beds. Contactless check-in and check-out.

The location was perfect - in the city center, very clean (everything seemed actually new), spacious (there were two rooms for four people - two adults and two kids, which was more than enough for us), and so very quiet. Very close to bars and restaurants, close to a parking lot. Totally recommend this place.

The only thing it was a bit unpleasant - the fact that when we arrived the self check-in system didn't work and it was quite difficult to contact someone to help us. But in less than an hour we managed to finally check-in.

Really nice rooms, we liked the room arrange ment for 2 rooms gives privacy to the guests.One room at the entrance ,then a corridor housing a wardrobe and bathroom area then the next room( with a door). That was super cool better than we expected.There was also a kettle for hot water and supplies( coffee satchets and tea bags).Rooms were clean.There is no reception yet it is an easy process with the automated room key acquisition. We had a good stay here, two families- 2 moms and 3 kids altogether.

Cobwebs ....in the second rooms' ceiling (wooden ceiling type) and unsed areas. Building does look kinda old from the outside but quite okay on the inside.

Right in the city center and near the train station.
