- The chefin/owner has retired. And it was remarkably seen: the room was not ready, I didn’t get the printed invoice, the receptionist didn’t know how much I had to pay for dog. Also I didn’t get the confirmation for it. The room was not heated. Outside it was 3’ C and inside the room 15’C. During the night the heating was switched off, it started only at 6:00.

It seems that you are being followed in order to ban and then offer a service. the room is clean, but small, there is no air conditioning, the shower cabin leaks, there is no soap in it. wasteland around

Good. value. if you want the Ritz, go pay Ritz prices. Hotel Müller was a good location for me, very clean and tidy. I think they should include breakfast automaticallybreakfast to all guests, however, even if they have to increase room base rates a bit. If a guest then does NOT want it then they can tell the hotel ahead of time.
Owner was very friendly. When we arrived realised our dog was very large so gave us a larger room ,and fussed our dog and gave him treats. Will definatly stay here again

Disappointing
Staff was very rude and not welcoming at our arrival. We also had to pay dinner and breakfast in cash without receipt.
