Outdated facilities staff were abrupt(not all but most) the building was in need of repairs parking was a nightmare

Breakfast time. Started at 07.30 but I traveled for work and that was to late for me so skipped 2 times.

Just a walk out to the beach.. great staff with Adina and Have at front desk. Very helpful.

Price a little high for this type of hotel

The Hotel is located perfectly to allow for incredible sunsets and access to great restaurants, and walks to the Old Port.

The room we were “upgraded” to at check-in has a sewer vent pipe leak. That means that the sewer gas was pushing into the duct work of the air conditioner. I 100% believe the hotel is aware of this specific room 204 however can’t find someone to fix it or don’t care. I asked twice for help from the front desk and never received any assistance. It’s a gas leak!! I dealt with issues like this in my career and I’m just trying to warn people.

The room was stuffy and the window was towards an inner shaft.

Everything!!!! The location was perfect. The room, bathroom, balcony, balcony view was wonderful! The staff was wonderful!! The breakfast was amazing!

Parking very difficult. To access restaurant had to go out in pouring rain but there was direct access but not allowed. No comfortable chair in bedroom to relax in. No breakfast tea or coffee sachets in room only specialist teas.

The room was compact and bijou but perfectly adequate. The en-suite was modern and beautifully designed with a lovely powerful shower.There was a lovely, jovial, entertaining young American lady on reception to greet us after a long day's drive up from Murcia and she really lifted our mood, many thanks to her for that!

We only stayed overnight as a stop before catching a ferry, but there was absolutely nothing not to like.

Amazing location - quiet and right by a beautiful beach. Huge thanks to Adina for upgrading our room to an ocean view! The ladies at breakfast were wonderful and the breakfast itself was outstanding.

Honestly, everything was great.

A good location by the sea and we were upgraded to a sea view with a balcony. The breakfast was good. The front desk staff were very helpful (Adina came out to help get our luggage from the car). We were able to park right outside the hotel in public parking, although we were quite lucky I think!

The room decoration was very functional, grey and brown. There was no rubber mat available for the slippery shower, which was too dangerous for us to use as we're quite old!

The room was stunning, in terms of facilities. A balcony overlooking a beautiful beach. Really clean and stylish with many extras if you need them. Safe street parking was free and plentiful (check with the hotel for high season dates, when the council charge for parking). Breakfast was a good quality. All staff were friendly and helpful, which was another bonus. Ferry port is 20 minutes drive from the hotel,

Fabulous location overlooking a sandy beach yet only 15 minutes from the ferry terminal. Very nice room with sea views and an excellent breakfast. Free street parking immediately outside the hotel. Very helpful staff.

Loved our balcony overlooking the strand- even in the wind and the rain. Parking was good, staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable

We couldn’t get more coffee pods on our 2nd day- and we really wanted coffee.

Noise - doors, voices from rooms around are Heard...Hotel Is Now under reconstruction, I thing then will be everything great.

Receptionist was excellent, breakfast was good.

I booked a room with a view but for some reason it was not showing in their system. so I had to pay 20 euros more for the seaview room which was fine but the view was blocked due to building repair paint work. Why to make me pay extra for a room which had no view eventually.

The breakfast was excellent! Buffet style, many choices, fruits, cereals, eggs to order, sweets. Great locaton right across the beach and some nice restaurants in walking distance.

Everything was good.
