Room is very spacious,location is excellent, breakfast is super

Room interior is out dated and cleaning is not good,bed Omen and towels not high quality

Close to train station. Clean! Had a pool! The breakfast buffet was excellent. Beds were comfortable. And we rented e-bikes from the hotel that were very decently priced

room size is perfect, spacious and child friendly. I asked them to provide cot and they did. Even though we arrived late, but they called us and informed that the keys are in the locker and send the code through the email.

I used to stay in this hotel two years ago, but I felt the breakfast was not good as before.

The staff was nice and helpful.The room was clean and decent sized. The bathroom was the best and had Rituals wash gel and body lotion which was great!Breakfast was decent.

The location of the hotel was not great, it lacked charm; you wouldn’t know it from the hotel pics.The restaurant lacked both quality and variety.

Property was very nice and clean. Great location. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the little deck we had for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Breakfast choices were good.

Beautiful lobby, decent breakfast, walkable from downtown Gengenbach. Appreciated the front desk staff: their kindness and recommendations. Super comfy bed.

The room I was given at check in did not match the details from the one I booked. (This was resolved to a degree.) The heat seems to be turned down at night with no warning. It was below freezing outside. (The staff isn't there at night, and they couldn't do anything anyway). Would have been nice to have an option for when the hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday evening (cold lunch box?). The internet wasn't consistent (shut off for both devices early the morning of check out). Truly terrible pillows (as usual here).

Very nice Hotel, super friendly staff. The Restaurant is also super and absolutely not pricey! The bar as well as the lobby are good options to let an evening end. Breakfast offers all you need. The Hotel is very well located, the old town can be reached by walk within 10 minutes.

The room was already a bit old, old carpets, old furniture, old curtains. Also the wellness area with the pool, sauna and steam room has its age...

Everything was above and beyond, we arrived at the hotel late and they helped us get the room when the reception was closed..

The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms are large, stylish and with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are fab, shower is amazing.We had dinner in the restaurant which was fantastic and the gentleman that served us was wonderful. The breakfast was superb.Loved everything.

Breakfast was great, facility was in wonderful condition and well appointed, large rooms. This was a great location to explore the Black Forest!

Only issue was the lack of pillows. We were provided w one pillow per person (maybe bc they sell “gourmet” pillows for $75?). There was very limited reception staff overnight.

Very nice hotel with a good price level. Beautiful lobby hall with charming design. Our room was nice, clean and big. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices. Thanks for sauna and swimming pool. (Hammam was broken at that moment). I could definitely recommend this hotel.

Our second stay here, friendly staff and very helpful. Large comfy and quiet room with a good size bed for two. Evening meal was excellent in their restuarant with good choices. A short walk into the old town and has a large carpark. Hotel has excelllent facilities including spa and pool.
