The cleanliness and contemporary interior, very comfortable beds and good breakfast.

We stayed at Rate Globotel Hotel in Garbsen, Germany, for one night during our journey, and it was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good rest after a long day on the road. The bathroom was spotless and modern, with everything we needed.The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and easy. Parking was convenient and free, which is always appreciated when travelling.

The only small downside was that the décor felt a bit dated, but it didn’t affect the comfort of our stay. Overall, it’s a great stopover spot — quiet, comfortable, and good value for money.

The place is clean and functional... parking, good shower, comfy bed, and close to the road. We only stayed one night, but it was exactly what we needed! We've saved it as a go-to spot for future road trips. Bonus: there’s an Asian restaurant nearby and a always-welcome McDonald's just around the corner.

Clean, close to the autobahn snd close to restaurants

Due to an accident on the Autobahn, we arrived much later than expected. The staff arranged a late check-in for us. It was excellent service.

Location, free comfortable car park, size of the apartment, very tasty breakfast. Good for business and families .. very comfortable beds.

Location was great, close to the motorway however getting there slightly confusing

Property didn’t get back to me for many hours in regards to the late check in, also family room stank of cigarettes where we had to sleep with a 4 year old child. Shower not clean

We have been staying in this hotel for years now, twice o three times per year. It's perfectly located for our needs. The rooms are great for a family of 4. Breakfasts are good and staff is helpful. Tourism is not our aim so we don't know much about the surroundings but there is a nice Chinese with a flat fee next corner. Comfortable parking.

The check-in was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially, when I wanted to move rooms due to a defect door locker. Good distance from the highway.

There is nobody at the reception at night. Some of the tv programs were not working, therefore watching tv was limited - it looked like the reach is not enough.

Size.

There was a lot of smoking in the room. Not good smell.

The location.

No staff that spoke any English. Then didn’t see any staff at all at the weekend. No hot water during our stay which was a weekend. No one to notify it. No tea or coffee maker. Not even a vending machine to get a hot drink.

It was clean and nice, very close to the motorway A2. Very quite at night, we had a good rest. Definitely will stay again next year. Big plus you can arrive whenever you need and they will leave key for you.

Comfortable room, had a good nights sleep.

I arrived late and there was no light to find the key box which isn't indicated anywhere outside the building. Took me a while to find my way around and then someone called thj epolice who knocked on my door 30 mins later but they we very polite.

We not speaking German and staff not speaking English made communications strenuous. Lack of elevator, hand carrying bags up the stairs was not fun.

great location close to nearby restaurant. verry helpful friendly staff. large rooms with good light and suitable bathroom with shower. fridge in the room, kettle and some cups/cutlery. dog friendly.

nothing to complain about. all we needed war there and we have left satisfied. we will be back
