B&B HOTEL Hannover-Garbsen

Very good option if you want to rest during your trip, close to Autobahn (2 min) yet very quiet.

The rooms is just standard B&B standard room.The staff there is very good

it is clean, but there was some noise.and the bathroom has some smell from the drain.The breakfast is not as good as other B&B brothers.

communication with the host is zero. I was charged for breakfast for 4 people for 3 nights, which we didn't have because the hotel is still in the renovation phase and they don't have a kitchen at all. On the third day we were without electricity. The rooms are very cold. When the renovation is finished, the hotel will be great. Until then, it's a disaster. Whether we will come again depends on whether they will refund us for the breakfast that we didn't have and was charged for.

The fact they got rid of bunk beds so no longer have family rooms. Very disappointing as we will need to book 2 rooms in the future and still I would not be comfortable sleeping away from my husband in a foreign country so probably won’t stay here again. Not to mention that the bed is big enough to sleep in it with a 4 year old. Also the hall ways are a building site at the moment but no noise.

Great location, just off the motorway. Code Access to both hotel and rooms, so convenient when arriving late and leaving early as we did. free parking was a bonus . Didn’t see any staff as it was after 8pm when we arrived we had been remotely checked in. The hotel was being refurbished so it’s a bit of a building site but room was lovely. Be nice to see it when it’s finished. Will definitely recommend to break up long distance travel.

As it’s being refurbished it looks like a building site, no carpets on the stairs, no lifts so struggling up 3 flights of stairs with luggage was not fun. Car park full of builders vans so parking was tight. However, these are minor negatives, I will still stay here again.

Small room, but everything you need is there. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

For a one night stay, it is a perfect location. Do not expect any luxury or spacious room.

Some people partying outside the hotel between 1 and 3 am directly underneath our hotel room windows. No staff member to stop it happening. Sleepless night on comfy bed

The hotel was ideally situated for the trip I needed.

I had a check out time of 12:00 I didn't need to leave my room until 09:30 before then I had been woken by housekeeping hovering the hallway outside and then knocking on the door at 08:00am and then again at 08:30. I left the room early and had to wait outside for my ride. No staff to meet you at the hotel and explain if the breakfast was included or not.

Room and linen was washed. Plenty of parking.

Cigarette smoke stench throughout the building is inescapable. It's pumped through the ventilation so you have no option but to stick your head out the window if you want to breathe freely.Do not stay here if you value your health.

room was smelly from all the cleaning products. the shower is not very separated from the room so it's basically smelly everywhere. no-one at the reception even though we arrived 15min before the check-in close

It's a decent hotel but nothing super special.

Sink in my room had a blocked drain. When I reported it, I was offered another room (which is fine).

Great location for a stopover on a long journey. The room is very basic. They allow dogs to stay in the hotel too. Convenientl location next to the Autobahn.

They only took cash, so we had to leave and go to a cashpoint. No food available, vending machine broken. Hotel staff are very 'rule oriented'. Hotel shuts at 10pm, you cannot check in after.
