Haus am Walde

This hotel is no longer a standalone hotel, it is an annex to another one in town. I thought that the location was great looking across a field to the river. The room was clean, the beds comfy and it had a kettle. For the price, location and cleanliness, we were happy. It also had a decent size TV.

I fear that the hotel is coming into its final years due to the unkempt areas outside. This hotel is no longer a standalone hotel, it is an annex to another one in town. Breakfast is in the mother hotel.

The location was what we expected as we have stayed before 3 times, now it’s a air bnb shocking, no staff there at all only a cleaner,

The room was very tired and dated, the shower leaked everywhere, we could not log on to the Wi-Fi at all … no coffe cups at all …

Very good location.

Never got a message to give me the key code or room number, only got the message on the second day. 5 of us in a group so we just grabbed any key. Breakfast wasn’t onsite but nice enough at the Indian restaurant.

Staff was frendly and expected me even after check in Hours because i arrived late. It was very easy to get there, close to train station, close to town centre, warm and confortable room, very clean.

The location is great, in a middle of forest more or less. Great view from the window and option to sit on a balcon. Nice Chinese restaurant nearby. Very quiet place

The furniture was quite old and we had ants in our bathroom which was really not nice, as the climb also over our stuff

Brought food with me, so from the second day, we had ants everywhere in the room!Room service came by one time, and that was it! We ran out of shampoo, the room wasn’t cleaned until we left, and dirty towels were not collected even though it said on a notice that towels on the ground would be collected.Bulbs needed replacement.

Good location on the way from Italy to Sweden. The family room with 4 beds was spacious. Nice international restaurants within walking distance. Parking free.

The rooms were very simple and would need small updating.

The hotel is on the good location, however the best times are over. Good for one night overstay.

Hotel is a bit old, but if you are looking for a place to take a good shower and sleep that's perfect fine.

Location is great. Our family (2 kids - 10 y.o and a dog) found it great. It's in the middle of the nature and still under 500 mts from good restaurants (Chinese and Greek) that are also dog & kids friendly. There is also a great Rewe supermarket where you can have a great breakfast . Also it's easy to visit the parks around: Heide Park, Serengeti Park, Vogel Park...etc.

Dear Sir One week before I was in the same hôtel but I paid 45 Euros while I should have paid 40.50 Euros as it was indicated on the website. Could you refund the money: ony 4.50 €Thanks a lot Regards Patrick CARTANT

Well located within walking distance to many restaurants and parks.

The place is ran down and in need of a big upgrade. Perhaps it was only our room this way. It was really dirty and lots of mold in the shower.

Great location and beautiful view from the balcony. The place was clean.

The room we stayed in is in need of some updating. It didn’t really match the photos so our expectations were based off of those.

Good quality breakfast & venue.
