For a quick stopover at night when you're traveling long distances: it's fine. It's close to the highway and it's spacious enough for a family.

The overall cleanliness and quality was below our expectations. The floor of the room and bathroom is strangely deformed which made the door stuck'ish. The rooms were dark and reminded me of the 70s although the furniture was more modern. It's next to a frequently used street. if you like to sleep with open windows it's noisy.

We arrived late, close to midnight. I called in advance to let them know. Staff came to meet us and locked us in.

Very hostile and unwelcoming hotel manager when checking in. We arrived at 21.45, and even though the hotel is supposed to be open until 22.00, everything was closed and the lights outside were off. We had to phone the manager who seemed very reluctant in coming to the hotel and check us in. We will definitely not come back!

Better communication in English - read below.Hotel has a restaurant - staff did NOT tell us that they would not serve breakfast as was out of season. (Sort of told us when we walked outside to the restaurant (see final comment) that we did not book breakfast (Booking.com only showed 'breakfast not included') - was same last time we stayed, we then paid extra for breakfast.)Do not like that we have to walk on public footpath beside main road to get to the restaurant or where the car is parked on the property. The Hotel has a rear door - but keeps it looked so we can only go in/out the main building via the front door.

No international channels on TV - only German free-view channels.Internet not good enough bandwidth and kept dropping out.Awkward to get to restaurant part as had to walk out of main house to separate restaurant building.No signs or anything to say where to check-in - a staff member saw us wandering around at back of house where the parking is and then helped us.

Breakfast was a bit basic, tea should be a standard offering. Vegan options very limited in the restaurant.

Rip Off hotel!

Absolutely disgusted with the dreadful customer service received. I’m still awaiting a refund for a booking made by mistake. The issue was flagged up instantly when booked but poor lack of response and lack of empathy. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone !!!Advise to all potential customers is “don’t even think about booking it”, or you would strongly regret…

Easy to reach from Autobahn, easy to find. The first impression was Wow!

Arrived, looked fantastic. Walked around for several minutes to find how to get in... (and I've been around!). Finally, I walked into the pizzeria, nearby, where I asked for the "Gasthouse". It was like I was disturbing... finally got the answer that "go up and wait outside, and someone will come...". After 15 min waiting, outside, a young man came. "Follow me" he said... registered and got my room, not too bad btw. I asked for the WiFi code: "It's on the table", he said. It was NOT on the table (later I got it asking again). I asked about dinner at the restaurant and breakfast hours, everything was like sliding answers... Dinner was OK, German pizzeria, but again... not a single smile from the personnel (and I'm an OK looking guy!). The ONLY accommodating actions was at breakfast the second day, buy another man (he wasn't there the evening before.Conclusion, if I can avoid it I'll never go there again. Sorry.

The room was nice, clean and spacious

Unfortunately the house is too close to the road where heavy traffic passes through the whole night. Large trucks were passing few metres from the window to the room.

Difficult to get in touch with reception on arrival. No English knowledge by owner. Errors in booking system caused long discussion upon arrival. Did not accept credit card in restaurant close to closing time.

Extremely good location close to the motorway and the city and for minor shopping in this.We eat dinner as well as breakfast.The dinner was excellent despite an incredibly rich menu.Serving casual but politeTypical Italian Hotel Restaurant where the whole family is part of the overall picture. Quite cozy.The breakfast, which only cost 7 €, was satisfying with hot eggs, cold cuts of cheese and jam, coffee and tea.

The entrance to the rooms is on the other side of the hotel and a little inconvenient with a lot of luggage.Otherwise everything was ok
