The personel

Hotel room is big and clean, with comfortable beds, the bathroom has high quality shower gel and shampoo, the hotel is located in front of a big free public parking space, the restaurant also provides very good dinner!

Not much, the breakfast was fine.

Appartment made of probably garage on groundfloor with direct entrance on street. Felt unsaved and exposed. You cannot even open window without fear that someone might come in. Its very dark and the concrete in bathroom without door doesnt make it nicer its like taking shower on pavement.Restaurant of hotel horrible. We asked for pasta with parmigiano and got gouda cheese. I thought this doesnt happen anymore?

Good restaurant with large terras in the middle of the city. Free parking available in front of the hotel.

Location was close to town center. Free public parking across from the hotel. AC was working perfectly.

This hotel reminded me of a Motel 6 or an Ibis near a train station in other countries. Shower had some mold, dusty coffee maker and a very soft mattress. Not very spacious. Skipped breakfast.

Noise from the street

Great location in the middle of town.Upgraded room was large and had a bath tub.

Sometimes the font desk staff was hard to find.

Possibility to park bikes, and free parking in front of the hotel.Good locationVegan options in the restaurant, but not all the staff knows the difference between vegan and vegetarian. Mostly low protein options. Once I ordered potatoes loaded with mushrooms. It was indicated on the menu that there were beans and lots of other stuff, but I only got potatoes with mushrooms and the sauce :(They offered us 1 breakfast for free to compensate for the noise at night.

1. Very Noisy. Our rom was on the 1st floor and we could hear chairs moving in the restaurant till 2 am. One night at 2 am we went down to see what was going on. There was a cleaning lady hoovering. We said that we can hear the chairs moving and she replied: "But I am not finished". I asked if she could not move the chairs. She wanted to go with us upstairs to hear what we hear. We did not hear anything with her obviously because the source of the noise was standing there with us. She told us that we have too good ears and that we should change the rooms. The restaurant works till midnight so if there are clients, the noise till midnight is guaranteed.The walls in the rooms are thin: we could hear intimate activities from the neighboring room. You don't sleep half of the night and then in the morning get woken up by loud clacking doors.2. No allergen labels at breakfast, neither in the menu in the restaurant. For breakfast the names of the dishes were written only in Dutch. Flies... at breakfast and in the restaurant. I do not recommend breakfast for vegans. There are some fruits, nuts, and they added 1 oat milk with bad additives. 3. People on reception work in parallel in the restaurant. When we arrived during the day, there was nobody at reception. The first day every time we had a question, we had to go to the restaurant to call the people for reception. It was clearly disturbing them.

The location was perfect. Close to busses, shops, and restaurants and easy to get on your bicycle to surrounding areas! Also, nice buffet breakfast and you can hire bicycles from the hotel, so superconvenient.

Hotel was nice and clean. They did not have a fridge in the room, nor a hairdryer or ironing board/ironing, but maybe you could ask for the latter.

Everything was as excepted. We would recommend the location and the staff was called upon and they were able to nicely answer the questions and help us with taxis and location finding.

Super hotel, very good location, easy and free parking. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable.

Very convenient location, staff was super friendly, nicely decorated with a cozy atmosphere. The whirlpool bathtub was a highlight and added a lot to our one night stay.

The restaurant and breakfast were both very disappointing and nearly spoiled our stay. It took over 30 minutes for us to even receive a menu and we only got it because we actively approached staff because we were hungry and it was getting ridiculous. Tables and staff are organised in a fashion that tables are waited on by at least 4-5 different people leading to a situation where everybody seems to rely on the other and things end up not getting done. When staff attended to us they were all friendly and efficient it’s just that most of the time you sit there being ignored while waiters are having a chat to each other or run around back and forth with no obvious mission. The food was very pricey for what it was. The mixed grill platter was 3 tiny bits of meat that (beef, pork and chicken) all of which had a rather flat taste and the chicken had definitely come from a freezer. They were placed amidst a rather unattractive mix of overcooked vegetables including diced potatoes which left the question why there were maybe a dozen fries to go with it. It all tasted very much of convenience products. The small side salad served with it was tasty and (Asian inspired, not sure where that came from in a mixed grill platter but I won’t complain as it added quality to the combination). All in all we paid 80+ Euro for one starter, one main, and a bottle of wine. The sparkling water we had ordered never came but at least it wasn’t charged either but free tap water was given. Totally unacceptable price performance ratio. The breakfast was 17+ Euro and lacking a lot. There was some poor selection of cheese and sausage with the cheese cut thin enough to look through it and going dry on the edges. No fish, nearly no fresh greens and there was only one coffee and tea maker for the whole breakfast room (to serve 37 rooms…). Bread was rather flat in taste and not bakery quality. The only up side was fresh orange juice and the overall good room.

Bed was very comfortable; heating very good. Good city position for breakfast/lunch

Floors were cold had to request for a carpeted room got one for our last night.

We got a room upgrade after complaining about the room size versus cost

It has become EXTREMELY expensive.

Great location, restaurant and fee car park nearby. Great base for a visit to the local area.

Very comfy and large bed. Water boiler and coffee machine in room. Good AC and heat. Very spacious room. Everything like new. Fast internet, extensive Breakfast buffet. Free parking in lot before Hotel. Mall shopping around the corner.. excellent restaurant in house.

Heat radiator is behind curtains. To have heat through the night...position a chair near window and place curtains over it .. very few clothes hooks in bathroom.

This was the around the 10th time I’ve stayed over 4 or 5 years. Always delivers with easy parking, nice staff, good rooms and a great restaurant

The room is clean and comfy. We arrived on the Concert day. The area around is so lively. However., the concert is a bit noisy and the noise gone through the glass into the room. Overall, this is good hotel.

The shower ares is open. No door.
