Hotel Daina

Close to the highway.

Hotel has been a construction area and people in other rooms have been with no respect. This happens and staff agreed, but staff didn’t care and change anything. I refer to a situation where guest had an alarm at 3:45 am for one hour.

The man at reception was very pleasant and more than helpful he’s doing a great job. As for the hotel, You get what you pay for. The hotel looks as though it’s going through a refurb through the halls, hopefully they will tackle the rooms as the look untouched since the 90’s.

The room decor, also double bed is two singles pushed together.

I only saw a small selection which may not cater to many tastes such as those expecting croissants,pain au chocolat or cured meats. The hotel was situated close to the Airport with friendly staff and a bus stop to the City Centre on opposite side of the road.

The room possessed metal shutters which I didn't feel comfortable adjusting in case of potential breakage, poor soundproofing meaning toilets and people pacing could be heard throughout the evenings and no shuttle service organised for travel into town or to the Airport. More information provided by the Reception regarding access to Bergamo and Milan would be helpful.

The staff is very cooperative, very active and very helpful.. They are good people and they try to provide assistance with all their might. The room is spacious and clean..I recommended it.

The location not that good It is better if you have a car, but it is near the airport

Sound isolation from the street could be better But i slept well

Right now, I cannot manage to pay the hotel with my VISA card, and the credit card has been working everywhere here in Italy--on trains, other hotels, rent, restaurants. etc. Can you contact me to work this through as they need to be paid.

The booking was flawed as they have not been able to process my credit card.

Pleasant

The friendliness of the staff during check-in was not up to our expectation. Reception area is not welcoming. The room and the bathroom are clean and well equipped, but being close to the motorway, it´s very noisy throughout the night.

Not worth the money.

Room with a strong smoke smell, got headache because of that. Some people hanging and chitchatting right outside our window in early morning.

The guy at reception was very kind and helpful when we arrived late that night.

The location was too far from the airport and the centre of Bergamo.

Staff is friendly and communicative. Price is fair, good for a short stay.

The rooms are a bit outdated. No power outlets next to the bed.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond. They made sure we knew how to get around to different towns/cities and even drove us to the correct bus stop.

Very nice hotel with good restaurant. Very nice personal. We stayed with big dog and all was very good. Thank you!

The staff is very nice,, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is good.It's a good value for money if you have to crash a day before your flight.

The noise from the autostrada outside is so bad, I almost couldn't sleep.The only option was to shutter everything and sleep without any air.Their air conditioning is bad too

My flight was late but they check in me in at 11:00 pm in hotel. All their facilities were very good ?.

Everything was perfect.

If I can say something, it's only about the distance from the Bergamo city centre. It's very far, there aren't many buses in the evening or at night.

Staf was very friendly and helpful.

No aircondition in room.

Traffic noise all night made it very hard to sleep
