Pros +

  • The large terrace was amazing. Front desk people were helpful and friendly and they provided a safe place to keep our bikes. Great place to stay when in Cullera!
  • Love this hotel and would 100% stay here again. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The terrace was quite large and very relaxing after a long day exploring Cullera. The price was great and the location is minutes away from the beach and the Castillo. It's a low-key hotel with 5-star service.
  • The receptionist was very polite and helpful on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable with a huge balcony overlooking the scenery at the front of the hotel.

Cons -

  • Some yogurt or cereal would have been a nice choice for breakfast rather than bread and cake but for €5 it was good value.
  • Bathroom a quite small and access to the bath/shower a little challenging.
  • Balcony was only real letdown, faced a concrete wall no view of sky or sun.

Everything ! I ve been allocated a flat absolutely stunning , kitchen well equiped , large bed , smart tv , clean all around . I couldn’t expect more than that . 5 minutes walk from the beach and the city center . Polite and efficient staff .

Very helpful staff who told us where to visit and gave ideas of where to eat. They kindly stored our bicycles inside the hotel for us.

Room very adequate for a stopover night but quite small for any longer. Pity the big balcony area at back isn't developed more.

A little street noise

Friendly staff.Good information.

DO NOT BOOK THE BREAKFAST. Extremely overpriced. It's not worth it.

Great staff, good location not on the beach but near. Big room with huge balcony. Typical Spanish breakfast

7SusanPosted on: 8-30-2023

Breakfast value for money. Beds really comfy. Staff very helpful. Location good for bars restaurants, shops and beach

9MariaPosted on: 6-30-2023

Good location and with parking close. Nice and clean.

A bit too small rooms. Not full breakfast if that’s what you want; bread, ready made sandwich, yogurt and coffee or tea.

Clean, friendly, cosy, fresh painting in the hallways.. Simple and traditional but good value for money.

It's not luxurious hut doesn't mean it's bad.

clean, comfortable room, big balcony, welcoming staff

Good WIFI, Aircon, Clean, Nice host, Fair price, supermarket nearby, huge balcony, small fridge, absolutely perfect beach which is few minutes away.

Very loud theme park right in front of the hotel till very late. No sound proofing between rooms, you can hear literary every word, fart, ringtone, shower noise or toilet noise. Beds are typical very uncomfortable foam mattresses. no kettle or coffee machine in the room. Small public parking in front makes very tricky to find parking space.

Room serviced to high standard every day. Beautiful fresh clean towels and well stocked toiletries .Friendly helpful staff.

Bathroom on the small side.

We had a warm welcome at reception and the member of staff who checked us in was very informative about the Falles Festival which we had come for. The room was a good size and was cleaned every day. A nice, good-sized balcony overlooking a small car park and grassy area. We left our car outside and it felt perfectly safe. The town had a lovely atmosphere. Plenty of places to eat nearby and the beautiful beach of San Antonio was a 10 minute walk. We also visited the Castle which had beautiful views over the town.

I was able to drop off my bag before check-in time, which made it so much easier for me. The room was good and bed better than expected - really wide and comfy. There was a fridge in the room and a lovely wide terrace. Most importantly however, the staff at the hotel were so kind and helpful - they made the stay a 5-star one!

Wi-fi was weak sometimes but this seemed to be the case around the area generally. Although at busiest times it was difficult to search the internet, I was still able to see my Netflix and Amazon Prime shows in the evenings.

Balcony was biggest I have ever seen in a hotel; room was nice and had a lovely breakfast with friendly helpful staff

Only thing which could have been better for me was if the bathroom light switch could have been on the outside and not in the bathroom itself
