Hotel Santamarta

The sea was a constant companion—visible from the balcony, audible at night. The hotel felt like a quiet shell on the shore, offering comfort without fuss. Mornings were golden, evenings soft. A place where time stretches gently. The staff were exceptional—attentive, kind, and always ready to help with a smile

The only minor inconvenience was the morning cleaning noise around 10–11 AM. To be fair, that’s a perfectly reasonable time—most guests are already on the beach by then. But since I was attending evening events and staying up late, I tended to sleep in. I emailed the manager, and they kindly resolved the issue. Much appreciated.

We stayed in the room on a higher floor with a sea view. The facility was very clean, and the rooms were spacious with large balconies. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of options. Despite the slow tourism season, we had a great stay for a couple of nights.Very caring personnel and great receptionists. Free street parking. Would stay here again!

Despite it's advertising, this is not a 4 star hotel. Price / Quality is not balanced : furniture is very dated, the 3 person room rather small, no specials whatsoever in the room (no coffee machine, no minibar, no water bottle offered, no laundry service nor equipment, no pool towels, no reading lights, etc). It's an okay 3 star.

I really liked the local as the beach is very close

I didn't like the fact that the staff at the restaurant didn't speak English and it was very hard to communicate and they serving time was too long

Nice clean modern hotel , close to beach , good breakfast , fast wifi .

The soundproofing between the rooms is quite poor, you can hear all the neighbors.

Everything was very good. hotel is lovely and staff are really lovely.It was unfortunate in the pool area that the sun is not shinning the whole day and I think they could put sunbeds in the upper level outside as the sun is there in afternoon.

Nice spacious room, clean.

Check in & check out was a timeconsuming process.There is little atmosphere in the restaurant.Off-season the village is deserted.

Beautiful beach, great pool and lovely buffet.

Not many restaurants/bars/cafes open outside the hotel. We were looking for a quiet place to hang out for a few days and this fit the bill, but if you’re looking for more a more lively beach scene, this isn’t it.

Staff wasn't pleasant at check in and took a long time. No real view from the room which was basic. Basic clean hotel, but nothing special.

The size of the room was spacious and very clean. There was the added bonus of sea view with balcony. The staff were very friendly. The choice of food for breakfast and dinner was amazing and the food was both appetising and well cooked and presented.

More coffee machines in the dining room - there were always queues.A room where we could have showered as our room was unavailable for a late check out. This meant that we couldn’t go on the beach because we couldn’t shower before our flight. We were only being picked up at 6pm.

Our room was quiet and you could only hear a little bit of noise from other rooms but we were out of season. We had a balcony with a sea view and the breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The food was constantly refilled and didn't run out no matter what time you went down.The pool area was good too and very relaxing.

The worst think was the que at breakfast. if you go down at the wrong time you have to wait to be seated and there are ques for the coffee machines and the toasters. we found going about 10am missed all the ques and none of the food was allowed to run out at all. Service finished around 10.30

Everything was good and pleasant, the staff are great as well specially the receptionist Elina and Yolia who they were so helpful and professional

No minibar and water boiler in the room for coffee and tea making at least.

Room was too warm for us. Nice and close to beach. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool very nice too.

No control over air. Too wamr.
