Rooms weren¿t very insulated, a bit dated. It was fine, nothing wrong

Very comfortable beds, pleasant & helpful staff.

Sofabed wasn't the most comfortable but OK for one night. The buffet dinner was a little disappointing - not a huge choice, and all dishes had missing/incorrect labels so hard to tell what everything was (especially for allergies etc).

Nowhere near 4 stars! The hotel only looks ok on the outside, while the rooms are extremely dated and depressing. Overpriced for what it is, particularly the suite, which was less than twice the size the regular room but priced more than twice of that, with no extra value. None of the three phones worked. The so called hot tub was so calcified and untidy, that having a bath was out of the question. Wi fi almost nonexistent. The minibar came empty but full of water. No bathrobes or slippers were provided. Had to specifically ask for a kettle. The hot food in the buffet restaurant was just about lukewarm at the time it was brought in. After 2 days eating in the hotel restaurant I developed a severe food poisoning. No doctor on call. At checkout no question was asked about our stay, late checkout was refused, while all rooms of our category were not booked for that day.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially thanks to Lucia, who was helping us for any questions. We are thinking that we shell visit Cullera Holiday hotel again, also we shell recommend it to our friends.

Safe parking in the hotel garage for 12euros a night.Big bathroom with double jacuzzi!!! Wheelchair friendly is understated!! Sliding door to the bathroom, little minibar, located in the middle of cullera!

Receptionist took a long time, just to give us the keys of an I occupied room !!The occupant almost had a heartattack ?The breakfast buffet was very busy; a school class and lots of Japanese.With all fried eggs, bacon, and beans being cold!!!The cold meat and cheese were OK, the donuts and other weird breakfast oddities were being scoffed by the school children ? The room had a window overlooking the back alley and concrete walls of the neighbours.The bar was empty, every time we wanted a drink we had to ring a bell and the bar man would pop up in a few minutes.

The property was lovely and light and airy. The breakfast and buffet meal at night was ok but all could have been a lot hotter.

I wanted to share my positive experience at your hotel. The location was excellent, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I also want to highlight the wonderful service provided by your staff. They were all fantastic, but I particularly appreciated Lusine's kindness and helpfulness. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant!

Close to the beach and shops. Very good range of food on the buffet compared to what can sometimes be offered in full board / AI type of hotels, with themed food nights too. Very efficient at replenishing the food too so it remains a full buffet and fresh. Comfortable room, more than enough space.

The gym only opens during the day, no early morning session. The meal times are traditional Spanish times and so seem a little late for the typical English traveller (lunch is 1:30pm start; dinner is 8:30pm start).

Restaurant and pool

Air conditioning wasn’t working. Very hot and never slept all night

fabulous hotel, parking and pool very good.

the downstairs coffe bar didnt open until 10am which i found inconvenient as i always start my day with an espresso / cafe solo. in the evenings too the bar wasnt well staffed with long waits for a bar person to appear.

Out of main season pool bar shut and lobby bar slow.. plus school trips staying at hotel were intrusive... But these things didn't affect our overall enjoyment

Clean room. Food available was good. Set price for a meal. You choose from a hot/cold buffet and pay for drinks seperate. Breakfast also nice. And staff very polite

It felt boring. Noone at the bar you had to ask at reception and they sent for a bar tender. No easy way to get a drink at the pool. Only water available in the room not enough for 2 people. Only put in the room on the first night. Not a mimi bar its an empty fridge

The staff was super friendly. The room had good space and the bed was very comfortable. Good location near to the beach and to grocery stores.

When we arrived at the room, it had a bad smells of bathroom drain. After using the bathroom and the shower I noticed that the smell had disappeared but it wasn’t the best welcome message. I miss an electric kettle in the room, specially for those who like a night tea or need to make milk to feed a baby. Wasn’t practical and nice leaving the room searching for hot water in the middle of the night. The parking is too expensive and also had a leaking water in -1 floor that fell directly on the car and made it dirty

Secure on site parking at reasonable additional charge. Rooms clean and sufficient size, Good size bathroom and shower. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful.

Bar closed too early. Only choice of food was a one charge buffet with only 1 truly gluten free option (another one adaptable less the sauce), and hardly any restaurants open nearby for food on a Sunday night (1 restaurant, 1 Burger King)
