Overall is good. Location is Abit far from city center but cozy and quiet place. Staff is good. Clean

Nothing do dislike.if may be they provide flusk and water btl is gonna be perfect.

Breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly.

We stayed in a superior room at the hotel for 3 nights. We liked the following:-Clean-Room service every morning-Quite-friendly staff, they were very helpful and provided us with what we asked.-Airconditioning-Good breakfast (13 euros/person)-Swimming pool-Bidet and clean bathroom-Checkout @ 12h00

Nothing major. Hotel could be a little cheaper. We paid around 500 euros in total (3 night). Breakfast was 13 euros/person and parking was 14 euros/day.Keep in mind that this hotel is located in quite some distance from the center. It took at least 30 minutes with car to get to the center.

- our room was right next to the reception, so it was noisy at times- not very central (but with good public transport connections)

Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.

The room felt very dated, with dirty wallpaper and noticeable humidity stains throughout. It was also extremely noisy on Friday night due to a party that sounded like a rave, making it nearly impossible to sleep.

For purposes of my trip, this worked well. It was comfortable and not too far from the airport. Everything was provided for.

I was surprised that I had to pay extra to park in their underground parking. Otherwise, I would have to find parking on the street which was very scarce!

Decent sized room. Comfortable pillows. Two pillows per person. Good shower.

The bathroom bathtub had a few moldy spots.

Breakfast was excellent...Staff were very helpful... didn't use it but the outside area looked good.

Location of the room over the smoking area...noisy on Saturday night - okay on Sunday night (Room 122).

The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The room was a bit small and unfortunately smelled like cigarette smoke. It would be great if they could make sure all rooms are completely smoke-free.

The room was super clean and comfortable, it was great to have a bath tub and a bidet, and some toiletries provided. The buffet breakfast was exceptional (for an extra cost of €13 per person, so worth it!). It was great to have access to a pool and gym too, and check-out at 12pm make it so much more relaxed for us to get organised before leaving the hotel. My partner and I were travelling with two bicycles and the hotel was happy to store the bikes securely for us. We would highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere easy and comfortable not far from the airport.

The location isn't spectacular, there is nothing really interesting in the area however it is a short walk from a main transport hub so it was very easy to get to other more interesting parts of the city.

Overall, it was a good stay. Room size was good and clean and quiet. Walked to train station R4 about 10 minutes.

The pool access was not convenient. Did not try it at all

The air conditioning in my room isn’t working properly — it runs for a few minutes, then turns off by itself. I woke up last night due to the heat.Please look into this as soon as possible.Thank you.

Just the fact that our door card had issues and we had to go each time we arrived at the hotel back to the reception because the door didn't open

The room was much bigger than i thought and the bathroom was very big as well. The breakfast had a huge variety of foods and was very tasty! The hotel is has a bus stop nearby as well as the metro and train station and it's very close to the center and all tourist attraction. The staff was very friendly and i felt very welcomed!

Check in and check out was smooth. Getting additional amenities e.g. kettle and blankets was quickly responded to. The breakfast was well spread and taxi pick up easy
