Convenience and comfort

The staff was extremely friendly, approachable, and helpful!

There was no separate light switch to turn on the bathroom lights only and it was on the wall outside the bathroom. That meant that the lights near the bathroom came on in the sleeping chamber, and could not be turned off so as to not disturb anyone that might be sleeping.

Bed was comfortable and big and an awesome breakfast

Distance to center of town it took an hour to get there

Breakfast was good and room service was good. Value for money.

When asked for an early check-in, the staff did not even check if early check-in was available and directly denied our request.

All four stars I but is only for Alex the best Receptionist ever.

Very very very far from center and bad facilities and bad staff except Alix

Near airport, offered breakfast, good coffee. Comfortable beds.

The room had no water kettle, coffee or tea. No water to drink. Impossible to even make a drink for yourself. The gym has no hand weights. Very small space with just a few machines so pretty much useless unless you just want to walk or ride the bike.

Restaurant right on site. Very good food. Staff wants to please you.

The bed was super comfy, the pillows were just a blast, I slept like a baby. The room was spacious. Also, I loved the breakfast.

Super clean and spacious. The hotel was very well located and very pretty

The only thing that bothered me was the construction next door, but that’s not the hotel’s fault

The hotel conveniently provides breakfast (included with room) in the morning and this is very appreciated when traveling with teenagers. By far this was the best breakfast anywhere and we have traveled extensively. They not only provide hot entrees but also vegetarian and vegan options. It was also convenient that the hotel is able to store our luggage prior to check-in time and also after checkout since our flight back to the US was in the afternoon.

The hotel is not walking distance to restaurants and stores but it seems like there is development in the area. The closest places are about a 15-20 minute walk. Also they do not have a shuttle to the airport, but taxi and Uber are readily available.

The accommodation was nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and cozy.

The location of the property

I really liked the 1 person room. Good price for a decent space. There is a minibar (fridge to store your own food), TV, clean towels, minimal amenities. That's all, nothing extra, but much better, especially for this price, than competitors. There is even a pool, although I haven't used it.

I have heard everything, that happened on the corridors, even how the elevators have moved. Bring earplugs.

Location is perfect using the public transport going to the city center, port, airport and beaches.Bus and tram stop just in front of the hotel.Pool is perfect for relaxation.Breakfast is excellent. Our room was very cofortable and clean.Superb staff. Will surely come back an highly recommended for families.

Reasonable price

Too warm to sleep upstairs. Not a great location for tourist visits

Clean and hygienic Good stuff Have a coffee machine Clean bathroom

Away from any vital sites of the city

Hotel staff were supporting and ready for help.

Very little options in the breakfast. lighting condition is not up to the expectation in the room.Nothing for kids to enjoy in the hotel at reception area, no fun area. Swimming pool is not clean. I would rate 3 star hotel and over price.

Only car parking

I had to change rooms at 1 AM because the toilet wasn’t working properly—there was no water. I was staying with my family.

The ambience was good. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and kind. Hotel has parking and swimming pool. The breakfast was wonderful. Local transport takes around 1 hour to reach the city centre though.

There was a particular receptionist (a tall guy) on my first night of stay who was horribly rude and arrogant. He was speaking same with every customer and they were annoyed by the it. I was shocked to see such kind of hostility instead of hospitality.

We were there when the power went out in all of Spain and Portugal and the staff did an absolutely incredible job - they went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and comfortable and even figured out how to get us some food with what they had. So so grateful for them. The hotel was very comfortable, amenities were fantastic, and the location next to the park was really great.

Breakfast was fine.

The price was a bit high and the location was quite far from the city. There were some days when the room cleaning didn't provide fresh towels. Unfortunately, one of my personal belongings went missing and I suspect it may have been stolen. Additionally, my bank card was copied and I had only used it at the hotel vending machine.
