Hotel Frejus

Property was fairly quiet.

This is a bare bones hotel. Breakfast was awful, especially for being in Italy. All package items of crackers and cookies, very few pastries. Fruit was spoiled. Cheese was in a plastic wrapper and discusting by the time I unwrapped it--uneditable. Very few slivers of turkey and salami. No fridge in room.

Reception staff was very friendly no matter how many coffees we ask or other requests. The vending machine in the lobby with water and snacks was usefull. Room was a nice size and clean. Even if 3 stars, we had slippers and amenities in the bathroom. It s still a 3 star so the rooms are not luxury but for the amount paid I feel I made a fair deal and the most important, it was clean.

Breakfast :( in December cold mornings, there isn t a single warm option like an omlette or at least warm boiled egg. Primarily the breakfast is sweet. Only salty option were cold eggs,cheese and salami which we didn t always find. No veggies at all.

It's a very nice hotel and great value for money. The staff wee all very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was very clean

The hotel is out of town but close to the metro station. It takes about 20 mins to arrive downtown. The parking is convenient for those traveling by car.

Our room quality was low compared to the price. The heating in our bedroom was off (while the bathroom one was on) in the cold of December. I had read a similar comment from someone else, which means the hotel doesn't even pay attention to customer complaints. The window blinds were broken. The main door's frame was detached, with nails hanging, causing potential harm, especially to children. Looks like the hotel only cleans the rooms but doesn't give importance to maintenance. The breakfast is rich but mainly in sweet stuff. Could be improved with better quality and variety of cheese, ham, and bread, and with a warm serving of eggs. The hotel provides free parking but is not guarded during the night when the reception is closed.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was good for our needs. The size of the room was good, and also that of the bathroom.

The room was freezing cold. The heater was clearly broken. When I told the staff about it, they turned the air conditioning on. The room became much warmer, but the noise was very loud and it was difficult to sleep. We could hear a lot of noise from the corridor and from the ajacent room. The beds were very soft and uncomfortable. The first evening the shower was very good, but the next one I could only get lukewarm water. Hot water was good again the next morning.

the room had a good amount of space, it was easy to find the hotel and the staff were super kind always

the breakfast is awful, the food didn't have taste. the rooms have a clock that makes a awful lot of noise, we had to put it under a pillow because otherwise we wouldn't have been able to sleep

Staff was friendly and tried to help. Changed my room when it was necessary.

My first room was very unclean and old. The flush of the toilet did not stop running, although someone from the staff tried to fix when I asked for help. As it was not fixable, they changed my room. New room was better: cleaner and not as old.

The lady at the front desk was very professional and she attends breakfast too. Room is fine, very clean but somewhat old.

Close to highway. Decent breakfast. Clean. Good value for money.

The hotel feels a bit old/run down, but is not unpleasant. It works for a single night in transit.

Quiet because it is located in residential area. Location is not bad, take metro: in 20 mins will be in the center. Walking to metro is just 10-15 mins Breakfast is good.The room is big and clean

Very good value for money. Very kind and professional staff. Situated close from the metro with easy access to highway. I strongly recommend especially when on business trip to Thales that is walking distance 25mins - quiet and relaxing walk.

Became very crowdy lately at breakfast due to buses of tourists stopping there and the fact that the breakfast room and organisation is too small for this. But this is not every day hopefully.

The staff - the staff are all incredibly friendly, welcoming and willing to help where possible.

It could a a lick of paint and some minor refurbishment.

Budget hotel, so expect what you pay for. Mixed feelings, as there is plenty of free parking spaces around, and just 15 minutes via metro to city centre, but when the service stops at 21.30 you're 90-100 minutes walk from the hotel. It remoteness takes the toll when you're coming back at late hour. Spacious room, comfortable beds.

Cleanliness - you quickly realize there are areas in front of your eyes that haven't been cleaned for weeks. It's cheaper, but just a small margin from other hotels, and this just not justify all the filth. If you have an option - look elsewhere, spend few pennies more and enjoy quality service.

What I like before all at Hotel Frejus is the service and the kindness of the staff. Getting there several times, you will feel being considered more like family than as a simple customer. Last time I went there, I could have breakfast served at 4:00 in the morning because had to catch and early flight - you won't find this in many hotels. The rooms are simple, functional and very clean. The metro is not that far with quick access to the center. The breakfast is very good and offers a variety of choices. The room rates are always very attractive and so the value for money is very good. I recommend.
