I stayed at this hotel for three days. Overall, the room was comfortable in size for two people, and both the bedroom and washroom were cleaned regularly, which I really appreciated.However, there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. Despite requesting new towels from room service, they were never replaced during my stay. The room temperature was quite warm, so I asked the staff to turn on the air conditioning, but they informed me that neither cooling nor heating was available at the moment. Although this limitation was mentioned in their listing, I still expected some flexibility or an alternative solution. Unfortunately, this made it very difficult to sleep comfortably at night.To make matters worse, the hotel is located right next to a busy motorway. Opening the window for some fresh air wasn’t an option either, as the constant sound of passing vehicles made it hard to rest.Additionally, the TV in the room was practically unusable — it could turn on, but there was no signal or access to streaming services like Netflix or YouTube.Overall, while the cleanliness and room size were good, the lack of temperature control, noise issues, and unresponsive room service made the experience below expectations.

Good coffee.Basic breakfast.

Terrible bed quality, I had back pain every morning. The pillow is so thin it's like a child pillow.Parking garage is confusing, a door is broken so you need to enter through the exit side...Staff is lazy and only willing to do the bare minimum of their job description. E.g. they are not even willing to cut fruit at 9:30 AM, while the breakfast closes 10:30 AM. Or not willing to walk to my wife's table to inform her that she can pick up the drinks at the counter... lazy people.

The location was a bit far away from everything I wanted to see, but I knew that when I booked it. It was in the price range that I wanted. Transportation was easy, so not a problem. It was a very nice room.

The shower was so slippery as to be dangerous. There really wasn't anything to hang on to. There should be something done about that. Someone could fall and hurt themselves. A mini fridge and a microwave would really be nice.

Rooms were clean and location quite close to the station

We had two really unpleasant situations. 1) We asked to order a taxi for us in advance. We have a baby and need a baby seat. Staff promised that everything is ok and driver will arrive with baby seat. Just before the departure, we found out that there is no baby seat and the taxi company where the hotel staff ordered a taxi for us does not have cars with baby seat at all so we had to use metro to be at the railway station on time. 2) the breakfast was included into our booking, but we forgot about it. When we suggested to pay, the staff didn’t check that the breakfast is included in our booking, didn’t remind us about it and took the full price of breakfast.

it is ok and the staff are nice, just the location is too far and problematic train on the way. The aircon is not working properly for the 2nd time we came to stay here but good area and clean.

Easy to find , great underground parking , relaxed bar area ,Room was very comfortable bed and great tv The staff were first class very friendly and helpful Great also that we could take our dog

Great location for the motorway travelling to and from Barcelona and France Free parking underground. Bedrooms spacious , bed very comfortable.On-site restaurant for evening meal and breakfast reasonably priced. Very dog friendly and friendly reception staff too.

Nothing to say here .. it’s our 2nd stay . Its industrial area / residential location might put some people off but it shouldn’t .. try it

The room was clean, bed excellent, breakfast great. The staff members were great, accommodating and very polite and friendly. My staff in Ibis Barcelona Repollet was good.

The distance to the main town was far.

It was a great stay, clean big room with comfy bed and curtain that can make the room dark enough to provide good sleeping. Also the hotel is non smoking. Big supermarket at 2 min walking, and public transport to Barcelona (R4) at just 10 min walking distance. Good value for money, around half the price compared to those you will find in Barcelona.

Taking into account the cathegory of the hotel, everything was really good and the room spacious.Compared to other IBIS I have been, this was particularly good.

The hotel was perfect for my business trip, but I would not go in that area for a vacation in Barcelona.

It was overall good. The staff was very nice and helpfull. The rooms were clean and spacious.

there are no electricity plugs near the bed. It is also a bit too far from city center.
