Exe Campus

Generous space, 24h reception, close to the University.

room did not smell that fresh

Parking lots available, calm and quite.

Old, need renovation, far away from the city and activities. Pictures are different from reality.

Friendly staff, clean rooms , walking distance to train station, safe surroundings

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, easy to park

hotel looks outdated

We are family of 4 , first time in Barcelona, we feel safe in hotel , and god Breakfast Buffet $13 / person.

Little far to the city center, but we had rental car it was 25’ drive.Could have Coffee machine.

The hotel is clean, the furnishing is beautiful

The room is a little smaller smaller than expected, not bad.

quiet location, green space everywhere

limited fruit snack options - no gluten free (caeliac) option in the hotel - but there is a small supermarket 200 m away.

Really safe looking location, it was a bit confusing because google maps lead us through streets that were closed but another route was intuitive, really friendly staff and even if its a student area there's a nice small supermarket and a small steakhouse not even 5 minutes away, really good value for the money

Maybe it wasn't too soundproof but didn't bother us

Comfortable beds, heating, convenient parking and pleasant stay.

There is not a lot of sound insulation between rooms or floors.

Spacious rooms and a nice place

Too much money for a not well kept hotel with a very basic cafe and restaurant.

If you are staying at this hotel and you arrive by train to the location, the best and easiest way would be to get off at BELLATERRA station and from there it is a short 5 minute walk. The staff was very kind, open and helpful. The breakfast was varied and sufficient. The room was spacious, clean and the area is quiet.

Nice hotel near the university.

The staff seems to be formed by students, restaurant at lunch is not so good, services are quite low.

Rooms are big enough. More or less stylish. Breakfast is not bad.

Breakfast Menu was the same during my 14 days stay.

Poor

This is a student dormitory, not a hotel. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel. The restaurant does not operate à la carte; only set meals are available.

In the university area. Very clean and comfortable. Really good price for such a nice room. Would recommend if staying in the area.

In the campus of university, rooms good.

Maybe will be good to have a Cafetaria open all day because its in the campus and lack restaurants near.

Good sized room & toilet/bath

No amenities like water, kettle, coffee /tea.

Terrible ?

We woke up in morning with all room full of water coming from ceiling ….the only answer from the reception it was “ we send you electrician “ with no apologies at all, at the end we never saw anyone from hotel staff coming to our room . The worst experience in my life in any hotel ever. Customer service absent !!!!!!

The staff was really nice. The room was big, perfectly clean and very comfortable. They offered a good sleep set with eye mask.

A little far from the city center

Very nice and quiet place. A train nearby goes directly to the center (Catalynia place). Everything you need in Bellatera. Coffee shop, food shop, restaurant, bookshop and more.

Everything was fine
