the botique hotel was perfectly located and was very clean. The entire staff was very helpful and extremely nice. The hotel was located on the sea.. You walked across a boardwalk and you were on the sand. Also perfect location to all shops and restaurants. The STAFF was very nice and ALL the STAFF were helpful.

it was a boutique hotel in the typical sense if the word. it was not huge, giving space to individual attention. the manager and staff took the time to greet you and speak to you, they attended to any wishes or suggestions.

our room was in the 5th floor and rather small, it had a small balcony area but only the balcony door and no other window. there was a problem with sine ants.

Location is just a few feet away from the beach, very clean and neat, the breakfast is awesome, so many choices and very tasty, the management is amazing, the first night our AC was not working properly it was fixed the same day I would highly recommend the hotel

This is a great option for a short beach stay, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the location is right on the beach, there is (limited) secure parking at the hotel and the breakfast was, literally, the best I’ve had in Italy! The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The pool was tiny and required ‘booking’ in advance, but obviously you have the beach right in front of the hotel with all the facilities such as children’s playground, sunbeds, umbrellas, etc etc.

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice available. The staff where very helpful and the location right on the beach was perfect for all the amenities.

The hotel has a beach view and it is basically next to the boardwalk. Two blocks in the other direction, you have a nice pedestrian road (Via Dante) with many shops and restaurants. The vibe is specially good at night but during the day you can also easily walk to the Aquarium, lighthouses, etc.

The hotel parking lot was full so I had to park about 1 km away. There is a shuttle service (free of charge) to take you to the parking lot and back, but I would have preferred having my car easily available....next time, will have to book parking beforehand.

We are frequent visitors to this hotel. A perfect place to relax after or before that Ancona/Igoumenitsa ferry. We will be back. We particularly like the secure parking and excellent breakfast.

The location was great both for the beach and restaurants at night. The room was spacious and clean.

The pool area was small. Shower temperature was not always stable and would go from cold to hot without any reason.

Staff was very attentive and kind, location was perfect, hotel facilities were excellent, breakfast was rich and till 12.

Location in the heart of Cattolica, nightlife and beach.

Some bars closed down late, music was still playing til 1 am

Fabulous location right on the beach and pristine conditions throughout the hotel. Best breakfast in Cattolica served until midday. Been returning here for many years - always sad to leave.

Great selection presented at the breakfast/brunch buffet( available from 07:30-12:00), very friendly personnel and a bar with good wine and cocktails. The drinks were often accompanied with delicious snacks, thank you! The rooms were very clean and spacious. The balcony towards the beach added to the great atmosphere:)
