Hotel San Marco

The staff were exceptional. Polite and so professional.The food was fantastic.

It would have been helpful to have details of times to access the roof top pool in our room. We attended once and was advised that it was closed. The staff did offer to let us look, but we declined,

it was ok the rooms were clean .. although therewas conflict regarding the booking which wasnt solved as they said i didnt book the room but hubby and friend said the staff were helpfull and were given a free 3 course dinner ( strangely}

Absolutely exceptional. Fantastic hotel in a great location. Exceptional breakfast with so much choice. Staff were really friendly, helpful, professional & polite. Very clean.

Nothing at all. Outstanding hotel.

Location is very good at a nice surrounding and neighborhood

Too noisy during the night as the air conditioning wasn't working so we had to sleep with the windows open due the warm

One of the best hotels I've ever been. High level of service. Stuff is perfect and helpful. Rooms were cleaned 2 times in a day. Nice, fresh breakfast. Location in the city center just in front of the beach and near restaurants. Possibility to park your car in the garage.

Parking for additional price.

- Delicious breakfasts;- Clean and not too crowded pool at the rooftop;- Perfect location;- Friendly staff;- kids friendly place;

- the street is a little bit noisy (it wouldn’t be easy to fall asleep in the room with a sea view when windows are open);- there is no washing as a service in this hotel;

All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Nice hotel in a really central position. Food was fresh and tasted nice.

Location of the hotel is right by the beach. Room was clean but small (we used it to sleep in anyway). Pool is a bit small, but with the sea that near it does not matter. Staff is simply amazing! Greeting you at every step, really helpful and genuinely nice. Breakfast is really good too. I recommend the stay to everyone.

There is nothing to dislike.

Marvellous hotel in a very good location. Parking space available in the hotel garage. Super friendly and professional welcome. Very elegant and super clean room. Comfortable bathroom with good quality cosmetics. Very good idea with garderobe space. Good breakfast with good choice (though due to covid not fully self-service). WiFi working well and comfortable work desk.

Check-out time too early. Pricey late check-out extension. Some issues with invoice at the check-out (lack of training)

Everything perfect! Amazing staff, room big enough with a good view, in front of the sea.Pool at the top with the bar is a plus

Only the air conditioner in the room doesn’t work very well.

Been to the San Marco on a number of occasions. Great location and secure underground motorbike parking

Everything was great.

Location, staff, restaurant, facilities the best!

The WiFi only works with phones and not for laptops.
