perfect location ,close to restaurants and bars,not to far to the beach .friendly and helpful staff.clean ,comfortable room,ten minute walk to the train station

Nice hotel, friendly staff, rooms were perfectly adaquate be it a little dated. We did not take breakfast so cant comment.

While it appeared there was aircon in the rooms, adjusting it did nothing and was not comfortable during the night (had to open window). We were there in October, if this is normal and the aircon does not work, i would avoid in the peak of summer.

We were always greeted by a smile by the receptionists, cleaner and breakfast lady.

There was a bath and taking a shower was a bit tricky.

Very nice small hotel in top location in the centre. Very friendly staff. Parking right at the hotel. Highly recommended..

Breakfast ok but each day the same. Would be good if they could add vegetables and more often add New portions because sometimes I had to wait too long

Hotel Cristallo was closed so they offered us to stay at the sister hotel Kursaal. The hotel looks great and the rooms (we had 2) were very clean but extremely dated.

Location, cleanliness and breakfast

Extremely noisy with a snorer and noisy kids in the adjacent rooms. Extremely rude staff at check out whdn the hotel card machine did not operate with two useable cards. I paid with cash but the inference was that i was trying to cheat the hotel.

I was travelling with my family and three young kids -- we have been offered two separate rooms one of which smelled of smoke. The issue was then fixed but the staff reacted that they were expecting we wouldn't be satisfied with that room. We were then offered another room (quite far from the first one), which was suited for our family and was not offered at the beginning. At the end of the stay we were offered a partial compensation. Although very clean, the bathroom was old and equipped with a very old hair dryer.

- Rooms were quite big (for a standard hotel) and comfortable - Great location close to the city center and beach

- The bathroom was clean but the room was quite dusty, especially under the bed (we stayed with a baby and dog so we immediately noticed that)- Breakfast wasn’t good (especially coffee), however when you travel with toddler it was comfortable to have it available directly in hotel.

The hotel is very close to the beach. The staff was friendly and prefessional. As I arreived late in the evening, they let me park in the temporary lot they have in the main road, with no extra cost.

The location

Same breakfast for 10 days for 8 euros,not a good value.Parking was stressful,very tight and also 8 euros a day.

Excellent and very service minded personnel, very good dinner and good value for money

Nice and tasty breakfast with a lot of options, nice staff and availability.

Very thin walls - you can hear people from connecting rooms like they are next to you. No free parking.
