- When i arrived with my wife they gave us a small room is not matched for our booking didnt work Air conditioner and its too hot that room in the 5th floor . I call them and inform them two times they said me ''no its working sir and they explain me how to on the air conditioner 3 rd time i went to the receiption and explain that it didnt work and the room is too small also' its not the room that i booked on the booking.com.. After 1 hour later they gave me a room in a apartment its near to there hotel . Im really dissapointed for situation that happened to me .
