Hotel Posillipo

The hotel is lovely and very well maintained. Our room had an incredible view of the beach and sea. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The hotel restaurant served elegant dinners that we also enjoyed. The manager made sure everything ran well.

Nice room only problem was the AC was not on for the season yet so we had to leave the door to the balcony open and therefore got a few bugs in the room overnight

Beautiful hotel with views of the coast below. A great breakfast and parking at the hotel was included with our stay.

A bit isolated on Gabbice Monte; the beach at Gabbice Mare is about a 20 minute walk or a shuttle/taxi ride.

Everything, but the location with the view, the swimming pool area and the breakfast were unique! Ah, and the bed was the most comfortable ever!

It looks like a michelin star restaurant! The menu, the waiters, the place and above all the price...But if you ever have been in a star restaurant you will know at first coarse it is not...Sorry but high prices and friendly waiters are not the important Thing for a restaurant. Put more love and attention to the food and you get the 10points!

Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms overlooking the pool area with balcony. It was lovely to have a kettle in the room also! Excellent choice for breakfast, all freshly cooked to order and the tasting menu in the restaurant in the evening was absolutely fantastic and of the highest quality. Staff are wonderful too and extremely helpful.

The property is lovely the area around it is tiny you come out the hotel and there are 2 restaurants both very nice the hotel has a lovely restaurant and there is another Michelin star opposite and a really long walk to go anywhere a taxi cost £20 euros to the beach and £20 euros for the beds so you need a car

We really loved the view looking out over the Adriatic sea from the terrace for breakfast, as well as the breakfast menu. Yes, they have a breakfast menu with a beautiful choice of Italian and international breakfast choices. Not a buffet! A team of wonderful servers bring you your breakfast and delicious coffee!

Lovely location at the top of the hill overlooking gabicce Mare. Would recommend for couples looking for a peaceful time

The restaurant

They made us pay extra bed even thought we have booked a room for 3 people. That was not nice since the price became 35% more each night. One of the waiter ladies (probably the oldest one) in the morning is very rude.

A fabulous hotel. We loved the location and the rooms overlooking the pool and sea have a lovely balcony with a superb view. Ideal on a sunny day for a relaxing. The room was very modern and clean and had everything we needed including a few free items to drink in the fridge and a kettle. We were even provided with a jug of fresh milk for our tea when we asked. We went off peak season so we enjoyed the quiet and relaxation as well as a walk into the little village which has a few other bars and restaurants. Parking was ideal in front of the hotel and it was only a short drive to the nearest beach at Gabicce Di Mare. The breakfast was perfect. it was included in the price of the room and was excellent value and quality. We loved the fact that you could order from a breakfast menu and that it wasn’t the usual continental buffet free for all! We also ate in the restaurant in the evening which was fantastic and could easily be compared to Michelin star restaurants. Every course was a taste sensation. Although it’s a more expensive restaurant we felt the tasting menu was well worth the money in contrast to what we had paid in more simple Italian restaurants now that prices have increased in Italy for a meal. The wine list offered a great choice and prices were reasonable.

Located in Gabbice Monte, a very charming village overseeing the coast. Rooms are traditional but have all the necessities. The view from the bedroom is magnificent. We tried the private spa and it was a wonderful experience, very recommended. The delicious breakfast menu has all the options and is served which is actually a great thing. All the staff is smiling and so attentive to your needs. We also had diner at the restaurant, it was just wonderful.

Vast range of excellent breakfast choices, probably served with a smile although the poor employees had to wear masks. Idyllic location.
