Hotel SB BCN Events 4* Sup

Nice and clean . Staff very helpful.

Amazed by the GM Marcello and his willingness to ensure customers concerns . Really appreciate his quick responsiveness.

Lovely outdoor swimming pool. Spacious rooms.

The service was very slow might have been due to a conference with many people checking in

easy to the airport, about 45 euro cab. Close to mall.

the room was not what I expected. There was rust and weathered grout and caulking in the shower.

Did not get to stay because hotel was too far from town and could not get refund back

The hotel was modern, had nice amenities and the staff were nice. The room was clean and spacious. Close to a nice shopping mall, a bit further from Barcelona but 10 min from airport.

The rooms are not very soundproof. We could hear the people in the hallway very clearly.

Breakfast was very nice. Hotel was very quiet and peaceful, I believe that was because there were not many guests. Close to shopping.

No business center and common areas had very low sitting chairs (child height) with only two outlets that could be used, 'room service' to them meant you come down and pick up the food and take it back to your room, not really close to any sights.

Rude front desk

I wish you have shuttle service to the airport

Very nice property. Definitely met my expectations

Friendly staff. Conveniently located near the airport. Hotel looks good.

We got two rooms. One smelled bad. We were moved to another room which smelled from smoking. Water temperature and pressure in shower unstable occasionally turning to boiling temperature.

Really clean, really nice staff and the breakfast was awesome.

A bit far from the train station but it was fine

The main reason I booked this hotel was the pool, but it was closed when we arrived. It looked beautiful and refreshing. We arrived late (9p.m. and left early 7a.m.).

There seemed to be a longer wait at the outdoor bar/restaurant. The staff did a great job compensating for the larger number of customers than what was expected/normal.

Just the emplacement next to the mall

[1/3, 15:55] Meta AI: Subject: Complaint about our stay at your hotelDear Hotel Management,I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel. Despite being a loyal customer for 4 years, I've seen a significant decline in the quality of service and maintenance. The issues we encountered were numerous:- The bathrooms in the 4 rooms I changed were full of mold, handles were broken and not replaced, mirrors were damaged, and rust stains were everywhere.- The first room was dirty we found sex toy or sex device!!! Under the bed - The second room the TV wasn't working for 3 days and no one responded to our claim. Eventually, we were moved to a new room.- The forth room was next to a very impolite and noisy guests who were having sex loud day and night, which was very awkward for my family and teenage daughter. During 3 days and nights we were living hell porn atmosphere!!! And no reaction from the management despit several polite claims - The new staff was unfriendly and had a bad attitude from the moment we checked in.I'm shocked that despite reporting numerous issues in the past (thefts, water cuts, broken lifts, naked adults in the gym...), nothing seems to change. I think this will be my last stay at this hotel, as it's become unbearable.I request an explanation and an apology for these issues. I'd also like to see some improvements in the quality of service and maintenance.Sincerely, Please

Bad smell in the room. Toilet was not flushing and they gave us another room. Both rooms smell bad

The location is convenient to get to the airport quickly. Several good restaurants nearby.

The bed wasnt very comfortable, but the room was large and had all amenities needed. Very clean

I usually stay at this hotel for work and it's good. Staff is very efficient and ready to help anytime. The beds are really comfortable

Some rooms start to need some works. The sound insulation could be better to avoid being woken up by noisy neighbors or traffic.

The hotel is well situated close to bus and mall with lots of shops. Easy walk into town and a nice walk to the beach. We didnt use any breakfast or dinner facilities but from what we saw they looked very good. Nice pool. Probably better suited for a business stay as opposed to a holiday stay

Tea and coffee station was not replenished during the tree nights we stayed.

great breakfast, great room, very clean and comfortable bed. Close to the airport which was our main goal and close to Casteldefels beach to have a nice lunch with a sea view.

Everything, room was great and people in reception was very friendly

The breakfast was good but a little expensive

Staff were very kind, informative, and accommodating. Convent location, short drive to the airport, next to a shopping center with many restaurants and a grocery store.

The particular room we stayed in was a little outdated compared to the pictures posted on the website.
