6 Bis HOTEL

This is not a hotel. This is a former hotel that the current owners do not care for. The shower and water fittings were poorly maintained. Also the window in the room was broken.

The location was perfect

1. Not being able to do a early check-in as there is nobody at the desk, only virtual check-in. 2. The mattress was awful, it was old and sagging, and had dents.Woke up with backpain.3. Air-conditioning was not working.

This hotel is situated in a pleasant seaside suburb of Barcelona. It is not far from the airport (a $28-30 Euro ride) and is near nice restaurants and cafes.

There is no one available in person to help with check-in. Still, it wasn't too tricky to communicate via the camera (after my initial panic seeing no reception desk or proprietor), and the proprietor spoke English well. The air conditioner wasn't working, but the evening cooled down, so all was fine.

Terrible experience. Never again. Nothing positive I can say about this property

The rooms smell really bad, they didn’t change our bed sheets, they didn’t provide us with a crib (even thought it was confirmed 4 times), the rooms are tiny and the self checkin process is terrible. It is a really bad experience and we will never stay in this property again

communication with hostclose to airport

A bit difficult to check inbig issue with Shuttle. They do not offer shuttle service. They put you in contact with overpriced taxi. If they would be honest, they would advice to take uber (half of the price). I paid 50€ to go back and forth to airport which was really bad surpise. Also price of taxi was not given in advance (35€ for 8 minutes, a SCAM)

Near the beach

They do not clean room everyday. there is no reception area where you can have rest.

Location, space, cleaniness

No personal support. As our room light was not working. No person was available to fix it.

Area around was good.

1. Rooms were small, compared to the price2. Rooms were smelly3. Everything was online (what if mobile switch off), there is no one around to help with your queries on premises 4. Expensive (compared to other options)

Nothing really. I was happy to travel with my friends.

Online checkin forced you to send a photo and the passport. Unorganised communication. Chaos during entering the property, information about which room is yours was not clearly communicated and as a bonus in the middle of the night there were some noises and people trying the get into our room! I was totally scared there. Window was broken, could not be closed properly. It was very noisy.

Clean and close to beach

No staff available as this hotel run on the phone. Second night no one around and the bar was closed by 9,15 and no breakfast service. No place to get a coffee. 10 min walk to a cafe. Check in was online and it took a while to get check in on what’s app. Got very confused about which door to open with instructions. Online staff very helpful.

Good restaurants near by. Good location near the beach.

Stayed there overnight for flight to catch in the morning after reaching Barcelona by train - from Madrid. On hindsight, better to pay more and stay in city hotel and take aerobus to the airport. Cost will be same as staying in this hotel. As transport to airport was 35 Euro, after getting quote for 30 Euro. AC was not working.Locker was found in locked condition. Did not bother about it as it was over-nite stay.

It was the cheapest best option fairly close to the airport. It was clean and easy to access.

The information leaves the impression that there is shuttle transportation available of which I couldn't find.

They are trying to be “cool “ with the electronic key.Extra mirror in the bathroom.

Old furniture, weird odour humid, the door of the bathroom is broken and with humidity.The bed was Okeyish, the sheets for pillows were with a sting, same some of the towels were.The TV was not working and the main door was open until late at night which made me feel insecure.No reception, just online.I did not see the cafeteria open on any of the days I have been… which is inconvenient.

Close to the beach. Close to trainstation. Ca 15min on foot. Clean, simple appartaments.

Location is good, quiet street away from noise and few mins walk from the beach

The room was very small, it was not matching in size what i reserved. I made the staff and booking.com aware and no one did anything about it. This hotel advertises all the rooms with the same pictures and size (16sqm nice and comfy), but then you get something completely different is you reserve a standard room. Deceiving to say the least. You cannot open the room door or wardrobe if you have a small bag anywhere.The in-house cafe was always closed before the stated hours (sign on the door of the cafe), so we were cramped in a small room, never able to get a coffee in the morning.Virtual reception meant that nobody was really there to address my issue, simply replying “that’s how it is” on WhatsApp.

Paper walls, blocked sink, breakfast room opened late

near to bus stop, airport, restaurants, beach and modern. the staff chatting with me in Whatsapp was helpful. we will be back here for sure!

location was nice

We were unable to sleep due to the malfunctioning heating in our room, which was at 32.5 degrees. I have filed a complaint, but unfortunately, they are unable to take any action on it.no free parking

There is no staff or desk, entry is through a mobile application. Quiet neighborhood but far from the train stations, you have to take a bus or taxi. Just staff for a slot of time (8 to 14)

We could not leave the suitcases to pick it up later, since the schedule that was stated for the staff was not respected.It say 8:00 to 14: 00 and at 8:30 when we leave staff were not there.
