Excellent location, great amenities including beach lounge chairs and pool, friendly staff, wonderful restaurant. Would certainly stay here again.

The walls seem quite thin. You can hear everything from the room next door. Can be quite loud at night on the weekends.

Location

1, Although the hotel was with low number of guests, they waitied until almost 2:00 PM to let us in - we arrived before 12:00 AM 2. No place for emptying and leaving any bagage in the room 3. The redesigned rooms are are jus horrible - not functional

Beautiful beach front hotel and still close enough to the action in Barsalona. So nice, rebooked on the way back fron Nice, France.

VERY disappointed in service. NO upgrade provided even if hotel was half empty. Wifi didn't work properly. And was told rudely by staff that kitchen was closed from 5PM-8PM. I understand the customs in Spain but unacceptable for a supposed 4* hotel.

Continental breakfast was amazing, pool was great not enough lounge chairs available though.

The central air was lacking in coldness. Our room was dusty. Staff wasn't very attentive.

Location-based

First room was slightly nicer.

First of all, the hotel is literally ON. THE. BEACH. Not close by, not in sight of the beach, but on it. Second, the staff. They all go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasurable as possible, they help wherever they can, nothing is too much.

WIFI has very bad signal in room, but exceptional in lobby.

Nothing, it was perfect

We stayed here after a 7 day cruise prior to flying out and so glad we did. It’s a beautiful property on the beach and was so relaxing after our hectic cruise itinerary. The hotel restaurant food was amazing, I had the best salted seabass I’ve ever eaten and my husband had a shrimp rice dish which he said was amazing also. The staff were friendly and helpful with any needs or concerns. We also loved the rooftop bar which had great music and the best hand crafted margaritas. Loved our stay!

A beautiful hotel in a great location right on the beach and staff were super friendly and welcoming. It was only a 15-minute drive to the airport so very convenient. The room had a great view of the ocean and was really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Location Location Location ! 30 minutes outside of Barcelona with the most beautiful picture Axx views of the Mediterranean

The staff was not very hospitable at least at the front desk. They barely speak to you even if you don’t know much English, which I think they should in that position they should at least try. No one showed me how to work anything in the room. They knew it was my first time visiting Europe. I had to figure out everything on my own. Also, the food was that say strange.

The room was very nice, with a balcony looking at the sea and the promenade. A minibar and a safe box are available, too. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are included, so you can ask for them, the reception will give you a piece of paper, which you can show to the guy at the beach restaurant, and the sunbeds are yours for the whole day.

There is a swimming pool, but the whole area is closed starting from 6pm, which I find very early. The parking is always full, and there's no chance to book it in advance, so basically you have to park in the street. Considering the above, the hotel looks overpriced.
