The outdoor area is beautiful and the location is good.

So disappointing.The rooms were run-down, dirty, and neglected. Everywhere you looked—floors, walls, furniture—there were stains, scratches, or signs of heavy wear. The advertised photos do not reflect reality at all.The bathroom was especially impractical, with no shelf or space to store toiletries by the sink. The waste bin was severely rusted, and the sink was chipped. There was nowhere to hang wet towels or swimwear, and the double room had only one chair.While the bed itself was clean and comfortable, the rest of the room felt unhygienic and unsafe. On one occasion, housekeeping left our ground-floor room wide open after cleaning, and another time they forgot to replace our towels.The corridors were extremely dark, lit only by dim blue lights, which gave the hotel a strange nightclub vibe.Staff did replace the rusted bin and fix the toilet paper holder, which was falling off the wall, and the plumber came quickly to fix the shower when there was no hot water. However, they otherwise did not take our complaints seriously.The outdoor area is beautiful and the location is good, but the condition of the room made our stay deeply disappointing. The hotel may look like a 4-star superior in the photos on their website, but our room looked nothing like that. Everything was dirty, damaged, or outdated.

Location was perfect, staff was excellent and food was good. The bed was also very comfortable.The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I think they were short staffed, there were a couple times they seemed overwhelmed because someone had not shown up for their shift. I think the cleaning of the room could be a little better, saw some dust and spider webs.

The location is excellent — right on the beach with a lovely view. Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival.

For the high price and “luxury” label, the hotel was a letdown. Our room was dirty with long black hairs and grime, the fridge didn’t work, the shower leaked and had inconsistent water, and the balcony door was nearly broken. Furniture was damaged, curtains were falling off, and cracked paint was everywhere. The pool had broken tiles and loungers. Staff were friendly but unhelpful, multiple issues we raised were ignored, and even a simple request for a blanket was refused.

Location,right on the beach and the pool were amazing. Close to airport and the little town centre too.

Towels were threadbare,toilet paper was cheap and industrial. Pool loungers squeeked loudly when sat on or moves

Nice place and atmosphere

I forgot my swimsuit in room. When I called in the evening they asked to call in the morning as the house keeping had left. In the morning nobody knew anything. Small thing bu unpleasant.

The location and the view were amazing. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Our room had visible mold on the shower and floor. It smelled like mold and was incredibly musty. It was quite dirty as well. It’s unfortunate because it could be amazing but seems to be run down and the mold smell was pretty overwhelming for me.

Comfy bed, close to the water and restaurants.

Wonderful location. All staff members i met were really friendly and helpful. From reception, to cleaning staff and at the bar/restaurant side. The services staff had a great way to make you feel at home and were flexible (e.g. with breakfast etc.), in what is a boutique hotel.Rooms were large and modern with very good equipment. No real negatives.

Breakfast hours could start earlier.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The floor in the room is made of a covering that keeps the bag. It leads to an odor in the room. The hallways look like a whorehouse in a movie.

It’s the best place to stay in Castelldelfels, we go a few times per year and it was our first time in Donna. It’s just amazing. Friendly staff, in front of the sea, perfect view. Close to nice restaurants.we will be back

Great location, with a bus right outside that went straight into the city and could use a travel card. Modern clean rooms, and hotel straight on the beach. Not in the city but I appreciated the calm!

The location is very nice, with a very nice view on the pool, terrace, sea in a beautiful building, with a quite comfortable and clean bed. The shower directly behind the bed is nice, though its flooring doesn’t feel very clean (in particular in the joint section between the tiles)

The rooms with « sea views » have the bed heading back to the entrance door which is not very comfortable, the floor is a bizarre sisal looking like material including in the toilet and at the exit of the shower - that brings worries on how the hygiene can be maintained, in particular un the toilet. There is no real bathroom and the main sink is literally in the entrance hall.

We liked everything!! We stayed here after a 10 day cruise. We had stayed in downtown Barcelona before, so we wanted to experience a different part outside of the city. There is a nice big boardwalk behind the hotel where the view of the beach is. The pool was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was good. So close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was a perfect place to relax for a few days before returning home. Si close to the airport too.

Great location, right on the beach. A comfortable and quiet hotel with good access to the airport, perfect for our last night in Spain.
