Breakfast was ok. I like the fact that the hotel was not surrounded by bars. Staff was very friendly and professional.

There should have been information on public transportation in the lobby.

Breakfast was ok. The ac worked well but that was it.

The amenities were terrible. They had no ice, no extra pillows, the rooms were small and not the cleanest. The staff was not helpful or friendly at all. It was a very long walk to the beach and I picked it because it said it was a few steps away from the beach but it was too far away.

The room was clean and the service very nice. Although the hotel is located close to a major road, I did not get much of the noise and could enjoy my stay.Facilities are simple, but enough to allow you a good stay.

Not a lot of negative to say, but it would have been nice to have some more variety or a change of the breakfast options. It was still not bad however.

We had a blockage in the bathtub and the room flooded. We tried to call someone, but it was after 6 p.m. and no one was there. I called the hotel's emergency numbers, but no one answered. I also sent an email, and we almost didn't call the fire department either. We had to clean up and drain the water ourselves, as well as buy all the utensils to clean the room and the hallway. The next day, as if nothing had happened, they didn't even show us a single gesture. They changed our room. The girl was very inattentive to what had happened. The hotel doesn't have a phone, nor do they provide ice. In other words, if you go there, you should bring a complete emergency kit, since you don't have anything to call 911.The air conditioning is blocked at 24 degrees Celsius.I don't recommend the place, as the hotel lacks facilities and is very expensive.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel C31 in Castelldefels, Barcelona. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were extremely kind, respectful, and helpful. The room was spacious, with a balcony offering a perfect view where we enjoyed both sunrise and sunset—truly unforgettable memories.The hotel was spotless and felt brand new. The pool was clean and relaxing, and the daily room cleaning was excellent. The location was also very convenient—just a 4-minute walk to the bus station and about 12 minutes to the beach. Despite being close to everything, the neighborhood was quiet, and we slept perfectly at night.The room included a fridge, and the café had a microwave available for guests. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with plenty of options, including eggs, fruits, ham, cheese, coffee, milk, juice, and more.Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Hotel C31 is a very new construction with clean architecture lines and passcode enabled gate, building, and room locks. Every room has a spacious balcony with a table and two chairs.Daily room service is very good, with floor swept and mopped. WiFi is fast. Free breakfast has bread/pastries, coffee, etc.Very friendly staff. Catalina, working at the front desk while we stayed, is super helpful to make our extended stay smooth and convenient, to share nice local groceries, places to eat and sightseeing etc.Walking distance to the beach and grocery stores, restaurants, and the train/bus stops for a fast commute to Barcelona.I would definitely recommend this hotel and I'm happy to come back in the future. Thank you!

The location is good. Close to beach, close to Chinese shop. 15 minute walk to the train station.

I did not like the breakfast, nothing was non-dairy. Unfortunately I could only eat the bananas, some of the best bananas in my life. If they had something non-dairy I would have loved it!!!!

The best service and most kind people what I met traveling in Hotel, specially reception. Very appriciated. Very clean and confortable. Good food ( breakfast) also family frendly. We will come back for sure!

Great property, about a 10 min walk to the beach. Room was clean, black out curtains work well. Breakfast was ok, could've used potato omelettes but oh well.

At the beginning I thought the AC wasn't cooling but it did.

The breakfast was great with a good selection of meats, juices, yogurts and croissant style rolls.

The bed was super stiff to me and the pillows were comfortable. Everything in the room was very good. The outside noise was bothersome---but this is not the hotels fault just outside construction noise during the day.

There is nobody to reach out when you need any help. For example, there were a bunch of drunk students shouting and causing a racket with very loud music the WHOLE night… nobody picked up our calls and no one answered our messages.

The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was clean and easily acessable.

Only thing i didn't like was the noise from other guests that wore in the room next to us.

You definitely need a car to get in and out of Barcelona given the location south of the airport.
