Hotel Art Al Boschetto

This is a boutique hotel, beautifully designed with pieces of art flirting with you whether you are in the hall or going to your room. Every room comes with a theme, from Alice in Wonderland to The Joker. The rooms are clean, spacious with comfy bed(s). The personnel is friendly and attentive to the needs of their customers and absolutely professional with handling every aspect of your staying. A private parking lot is conveniently located in the back of the property, surrounded by trees and plants, accompanying the customers to the entrance which lit up at night with a game or colors. Adjacent to the hotel there is an elegant “breakfast” bar offering a variety of pastries, “screaming deliciousness”, and drinks, ranging from a typical espresso to cocktails.This boutique hotel is impeccable, whether your are traveling for business or leisure.

The room was nice and quiet, the bar downstairs is amazing, they sell drinks and sandwiches and pastries that look so wonderful , I can understand why so many locals come to the place

The staff is very professional, very kind and always helpful.

The breakfast range is mostly based on pastry. There's no option to get eggs...

Building looks good and well maintained from outside

Old tired room, tattered wallpaper, old heavy bedspread, rusty shower head. Found my room opened on first day. Didn’t feel safe on first night.

The service was excellent. The food and beverages were fantastic and the staff were very accommodating, professional & friendly. Between us, we overcame the language barrier. We enjoyed our stay so much, we stayed a 2nd night. We came to Italy to experience the people and their way of life, and that is exactly what we were treated to.

The hotel was exceptionally clean the staffs were friendly and helpful, though the staffs did not understand spoken English language but made conscious effort to communicate

No english staff, bad customer service

None of the staff spoke english, we were unable to communicate with anyone from the hotel via email, msg or phone calls. We had to make some changes to the trip so we wanted to request for changing date of the booking or cancellation, but we were not able to communicate anything to the hotel. We called them twice, and we were received by the front desk staff yelling "NO ENGLISH" multiple times. They do not sound helpful or friendly at all.

It was safe and clean.

It was tough to get the room cool enough. One of the rooms didn’t have a trash can.

Breakfast was excellent, coffee,, croissants, brioche full Italian breakfast, all freshly made daily. The personnel in the reception, the hotel and the bar show their love for their jobs every day.
