Everything was great except the way of climbing up to the hotel as the only way is to use a long steps over the mountain

The location of the hotel is not really suitable and you have to climb around 100 stepsThe reception staff was not friendly with us except the Syrian staff Mustafa was assistive Overall hotel is not recommended because of the location and other facilities like the toilet shower was not working well, overall cleanness is not acceptable

Spider webs everywhere in the room. Bathroom had a spider and the bedroom one spider.I was unlucky for another family lived above us with unbehaving children and the night was unpleasant due to the banging and noise.No privacy. We could hear their conversation.Breakfast did not include 2 cups of turkish coffee nor a cup of juice.

The hotel is truly charming in all the way. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Facilities are good.

Hotel situated in a high hill. You need to park your car at downhill and need to walk a steep hill to reach the hotel. Very hard for small babies and who have Asthma problem.

The experience was very amazing the view was miraculous. But one thing that going up to the mountains to reach the resort bas very tough.But the place was worth it they gave us a free upgrade

The location of the hotel is perfect. You get a nice few across the valley. The manager and staff has been very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious!

The service, the people, everything was just perfect. We stayed there for 4 nights and it was memorable. We will definitely come again and recommend this resort to our friends who will visit ayder. Ibrahim and his boss were so helpful with everything. ❤️

Location is amazing. Staff is super generous and even gave us a room upgrade. The overall stay was very nice!

Bathroom needs maintenance. We were annoyed by bad smells from the drain pipes and the toilet seat was broken.

This is the best location with the iconic waterfall view.i stayed in 201 which is their famous instagram suite.it have all the amenities even a wooden fireplace with allot of wood right outside the suite you can take as much as you want.and the balcony is also good with the best view in ayder.

Its best for couples not for families because you have to walk uphill a few hundred meters to get to the room they have a pully system which takes your luggage upto the room but if somebody have a knee problem or cant walk allot its a big problem for them.also the projector was not attached to the sound system.

good staff working from morning to night with a smile. I visited Ayder Doga resort in 2019 and it was managed better than this time.

hotel need renovation. location is not good for elders . they have very wired breakfast policy were they only server once for the whole group even if you have different rooms. we had two rooms and every time they refuse to server breakfast until we all get together. also they don’t have buffet and they restrict the amount of food I.e if we order omelet they serve one plate for 4 people and if you ask for more they will tell you that you will be charged extra. they only serve tea in the breakfast and if you order juice or coffee you will need to pay more . I’ve sent a message to the Manager and he claims that he didn’t know about this and they didn’t charge us for extra food, they only charged us for juice and other drinks.

The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is varied, and the service in general is excellent.

We would like to recommend two points for improvement:1. Prices should be placed on the items and honey offered for sale so that the customer can be assured that the price is fixed for all customers and hotel visitors. 2. ⁠The rooms, especially the bathrooms, must be cleaned thoroughly before handing them over to the customer in order to ensure complete comfort for the new guests.

The view was that extremely fabulous. The hotel is cosy and staff are extremely supportive and welcoming. You feel home and supported by the staff to have a nice stay. Ibrahim was extremely supportive. They changed our booking from rooms to cottage to be all together with our daughters. They also guided us in the visits to the area. I really enjoyed the stay in the hotel. Nice environment and kind staff.

The location is excellent with the view to the waterfall and mountains, and near to shops and restaurants. There was a place suitable for picnic downwards the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and assisted us with all our inquiries and even helped to check-in 2 hours earlier

The view was beautiful, the breakfast was great and the service was excellent, I recommend it

Getting to the hotel requires climbing a lot of stairs which is difficult for some people

in brief I liked everything . exquisite location on the top of the hill . yes it might be challenging for elders and people with knees problems to climb the whole distance up . However , the view and surrounding is overwhelming and worth the effort of reaching there . the hotel interior is charming and cozy . the staff are extreeeeemely polite and helpful . good wifi , excellent Swiss-like breakfast . I would never hesitate to stay there again . what I really hope is that the hotel maintains its standards .

The room was wide and the jacuzzi is nice addition.

The bed is old and not comfortable. And the way up the hill is tiring for a family.
