Rooms overprice i was given two rooms sub standard to what I booked

very clean and spacious rooms equipped with all facilties , location was exceptional

i had a late check-in the staff did not answer the phone i wanted to know about the snow and the route

The furniture it was old, the staff was good, not perfect. Overall, my stay it was good, just the location it was beautiful

Location and service were exceptional. It's located on the prime location on the high mountains of Ayder near some tourist attractions. It's properly the best hotel there.

The hotel rooms were better maintained than the bangalow, so after two nights in the bangalow we moved to the hotel rooms.

Bungalow has a fantastic location by the creek. Great for relaxing. Breakfast was great. Staff are great and accommodating.

Hotel doesn't have a clear sign from the main road. We had to drive by a couple of times to find the access road.

Helpful stuff. They are friendly and always trying to sort out issues.

Hotel is old. Rooms are not well maintained. Fridge is not working. Bath walls are stained. Mattress is sagging.

No A/C and they don’t provide fans, so I was sweating while sleeping just because I came during Summer! Also they don’t provide iron.

The person in the front disk was unhelpful and rude the save in the room was broken one of the light in the bath was broken we ask them to fix but they ignored us

This is my favorite resort since 2019 I love it , but recently they lost one ⭐ they were 4 and now they just 3. Also, I was disappointed with gym and spy not in service.Overall, I love it ?

The hut design was good, balcony was beautiful near the river, it was quite good compared to outside near the river, weather was cold outside but inside well insulated with heater was good, breakfast was the famous traditional set and additional plates with acceptable price,

Main room was tight not much space to move around the bed but living room was good and also the double bed room was good

Location and the territory itself is great, big parking, big outdoor area, very spacious

Super old looking property, not comfortable pillows, old looking stained towels, expectation and reality was big difference in the room. Facing rooftop view is so sad. Design is so old fashioned. Staff dont speak english and dont care.
