Booked room was surround by noisy families with screaming children running up and down the corridors. Hotel staff would not reprehend this behaviour. We had to pay EURO --- to move to different room. YOU DO NOT EXPECT THIS FROM A 4 STAR HOTEL

Good location clean hotel

No coffee in the room and when we asked for a sachet of coffee in the morning they refused apparently it’s against hotel policyThey did offer us tea but no milk☹️

The food on the buffet table could be better. The tomatoes which grow in Spain were only salad tomatoes and were quite bitter.It would be better to have less choice but better quality.

Staff, cleanliness and comfort were all excellent. I have recommended this hotel in the past and I would do again.

The breakfast was ok. The location was poor. No parking. Only a frighteningly dark expensive garage underneath.

Just about everything. The Restaurant was no more than a sort of horrible cafeteria. There was no proper bar. The terrace was sunny but no service. The rooms were bare and there were no amenities in the bathroom. The whole place was cheap and nasty. People rode with their bicycles into the reception where they were stored. Very poor for a four star hotel!

We always use this hotel as a stop over on our way further down the coast. Our room was large as well as the shower and a huge bed. Staff always welcoming. Short walk to sea front. We like to eat in the Bistro bar.

Fine, spacious hotel with good facilities, also considering the (friendly) price. Good breakfast. Private parking available in underground garage.

During my stay, the hotel hosted a youth soccer team who were very present in the common areas and quite noisy (outside) until late. That should have been managed properly. I understand that this is good business for a hotel during the low season, but an unwelcome surprise for other guests.

I liked everything about the property. It was very clean staff were lovely . The heated mirror in bathroom was fab

Extremely helpful, friendly and resolutive staff

I was alone but they assigned a two single bedroom. I would have preferred a queen size bed

We had connecting rooms, so it was comfortable. Food was ok, but nothing special. All drinks including water during dinner was for extra charge.

In order to get to the pool from sauna, you need to go through reception

Room was lovely. Hotel was in a great location. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

The dinner in the evening was not very good it didn’t encourage us to eat dinner again

Location was good, close to beach and town. Rooms comfortable and cleaned regularly. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices

There was no toilet in the pool area. You had to go through the lobby and down one floor. It meant drying off and dressing each time you needed to visit the loo.

Very close to the beach and all restaurants. Extensive breakfast and big large bed.

Clean, well layed out and effectively air conditioned.

Excellent hotel in good location. Staff were friendly and helpful.Enjoyed dining in the fresh air - sometimes with entertsanment. Entertainment every night in the bar area - with some really good acts.

Prices for food at the pool bsr.were way too expensive.There were no.poolside toilets - and no toilets at the bar area. Toilets were in the basement near the dining area.
